義母を特養から連れ出し、ランチの後、松尾大社へ！

先日採れたきゅうりの輪も結びつけたくなる🤭

骨折後、自転車に乗れず、どこ行くのも歩く🚶‍♀️

自然と歩数アップ⤴️

以外と健康的生活になってるな

これも骨折した事で気づかせてくれた

感謝やなぁ🙏

税理士試験へ向けて、体力つけとかなくちゃ

昨日、公開模試を受けてきました〜！

一週間前に左手手首骨折し、必死の公開模試

ページめくるの大変な中、2時間闘いました⏰

本試験に向け、頑張るぞ💪

フランクフルトからローテンブルクへ

To Rothenburk ob der Tauber from Frankfurt 

フランクフルトからアウトバーンを2時間半ほど、ザック(娘の旦那)の運転でローテンブルクに到着。

おとぎ話に突然タイムスリップしたよう🧸

城壁に囲まれた街で、起源は9世紀頃。

私達が泊まったホテルは、ローテンブルクの中心にある「ライヒスキュッヘンマイスター」

部屋は可愛いらしく、昔ながらのお部屋という感じ。

Zack(my daughter’s husband) drove the Autobahn for 2.5 hours from Frankfurt to Rothenburg ob der.

At Rothenburg I feel like a fairy tale land and

 like that l had suddenly traveled back in time.

It’s a wall town. The origin is about 9th century.

The hotel”Reichskuchenmeister” which we stayed was at the center of Rothenburg.

Its room was pretty and European old-fashioned.

ローテンブルクを散策

お菓子のシュネーバルが有名。

色々な種類があり、丸くサクサクした揚げたクッキー🍪

食べたらイメージと違った

もっと柔らかくても良かったのに、、、

Walking around Rothenburg 

“Schneeballen” is famous sweets there.

They are many kinds and round cokies fried.

When I tried them, they were different from 

what I thought. I wish they were softer

We spent shopping at “Teddy Land” where sold stuffed toy of teddy bear, eating ice creams and so on….

マルクト広場での1時間毎の仕掛け時計は、市長が特大ジョッキのワインを飲み干して終わるという期待はずれな仕掛け。

なんかもっとかわいいものを期待してたのだが❗️

At Markt square there was clockwork as the city clock .

It is a mechanical clock that ends every hour with a doll-like mayor drinking a huge mug of wine.

I was hoping something pretty ❗️

晩御飯はドイツ料理に少しあきたので、イタリアを食べた🍝　結構美味しかった

夕食後、城壁の外にあるコンビニのようなお店(城壁内は禁止されているのか、スーパーなどのお店がなかった)で、ビールとジャーキーを買い、部屋飲みを🍺

以外や以外、ビールもジャーキーも、いける

As we were a bit boring of German dinner, we had Italian food.

After dinner,we bought canned beer and jerky at a store outside the city walls and we drank it at the hotel.

To my surprise, theire tastes were very good 👌

フランクフルト2日目

Frankfurt Day2

朝から空港までレンタカーを借りに行き、そこから娘の旦那の運転で朝食を食べに行った。

娘がネットで調べてくれたフランクフルト郊外の住宅地にあるベーカリーカフェ。

ドイツの道は高速道路以外は日本のように狭く、しかも片側に車が路上駐車していて、車一台通るだけでもギリギリ。

娘の旦那はストレスを感じたようだ

彼はアメリカでしか運転したことがなく、アメリカの道路は広いからだ

In the morning, we went to the airport to rent a car and went for breakfast by the car that 

my daughter’s husband drove.

It was the bakery cafe in the suburbs of Frankfurt which my daughter found on the internet.

German roads other than highways are as narrow as the side, so even passing one car is difficult.

I thought he felt stressed. Because he has only ever driven in America and America rads are 

wide.

Heidinger での朝食🥯

焼きたてのいろんなパンがあり、安くて美味しかった

ハムやウインナー入りサンドイッチも最高

ドイツはブレーツェン(Brezen)というパンが有名。

ドイツのパンが楽しみになった

There are a variety of freshly baked bread 

there. They were delicious and reasonable.

The ham and sausage sandwiches were also

great

The bread called “Brezen” is famous in German.

朝食後、車をホテルに置き、フランクフルト市街地のレーマー広場でショッピングと観光！

After breakfast we parked the car at the hotel and then we went sightseeing and shopping at Romer Square in downtown of Frankfurt.

夕方、1日遅れで、到着した旦那と合流し、私達夫婦のために娘夫婦が予約してくれたお店で夕食🍽️

自家製林檎酒が有名なお店「ツム・ゲマールテンハウス」

ソーセージ、マッシュポテト、シュニッツェルそしてパン(シュヴルツブロート)

林檎酒は少し酸っぱいフルーティーな味。

林檎酢を飲んでる感じ

In the evening of the day, we met up with my

 husband who arrived a day late, and we had

 dinner at a restaurant reserved by my daughter and her husband.

The restaurant “Zum Gemalten Haus” is famous for the apple wine.

Sausage, mashed potatoes, shnizel, bread”Shwarzbrot”

The apple wine tast a little sour fruity. 

I taste like apple vineger

4人揃っての旅行が始まった✨

The four of us started our journey together

午前9時40分　羽田空港からドイツ・フランクフルトへ✈️

14時間もの長時間フライト！

このフライト、途中北極の上を飛んでいて、チラッと窓から流氷が見えた👀

なのに、写真撮れず残念😆

午後5時20分　フランクフルト国際空港に予定より早く到着！　

ドイツの入国審査は、あっさりと終わった。

ここでサンフランシスコからの娘夫婦と無事合流！

内心無事合流出来るかどうかドキドキもんだった！ふ~よかった~🙆‍♀️

地下鉄に乗りホテルへ

I departed from Haneda Airport to Frankfurt at 9:40am.

As it was early morning, I stayed at the hotel in Haneda airport the night before.

It was 14 hours flight.

The plane flew over the North Pole .

I could see crift ice from the window, but unfortunately couldn’t take the picture🧊

5：20pm I arrived earlier than expected.

The German immigration was easy. And I could safely meet my daughter and her husband who had arrived from San Francisco.

We took the subway to the hotel.

なんと！！　ドイツの電車は、改札口が無い！！

無賃で乗車できるのか？？

いやいや！　時々私服車掌さんが見回りに来てチェックするからシステム。

駅の券売機で切符を買うか、携帯アプリで購入するシステム。

グループでも買うことができるため、娘の旦那にまとめて買ってもらう。

ちなみに娘の旦那は、アメリカ人でドイツ語が少々できるので、心強い💪

ホテル(Gateway Gardens駅真上)に荷物を置き、フランクフルトダウンタウンに夕食を食べに行った。

電車に乗りフランクフルト中央駅(Frankfurt Hbt)まで行き、マイン川沿いのレストランに入った。

晩御飯どきでもあり、かなりこんでいた。

まずは、ドイツと言えば、ビール🍺

さ~楽しみにしていたビール！　味は美味しいのだが、、、、冷えてなーーい💦

隣のテーブルの人のビールはキンキンに冷えてそうなビール🍺

どうやら私の頼んだビールは常温で飲む方が美味しいビールだった。

ビールの種類によって、常温で飲むビールと冷やして飲むビールとあるらしい！

To my surprise, there were no ticket gates on German trains!

I wondered if was possible to take it without buying tickets.

No.that wasn’t the case. A casual police officer comes round to check sometimes.

So we must buy tickets.

We can buy tickets at the station or can buy them through a mobile app.

At that app we could buy tickets in groups, so my daughter’s husband bought their tickets.

By the way, I was reassured,because he can understand a little bit German

We arrived at the hotel above the station(“Gateway Gardens”) and then went out to down town Frankfurt for dinner.

We took the train to Frankfurt Central Station and went into the restaurant along the Rever Main.

It was dinner time so quite crowded.

There, I had a beer I had been looking forward to drinking.🍺

It was very good but it wasn’t cool.

The person at the next table was drinking beer that looked cold

Apparently there are beer that they drink at room temperature and beer that they drink chilled.

そして、ドイツ料理🥘

⭐️シュニッツェル(Schnitzel )

日本のトンカツのような感じで、薄く豚肉をたたいて伸ばした揚げカツ

これにたっぷりの酢で煮た玉ねぎが添えられていたり、カツの上にのってたりする。

私的には、この玉ねぎは好みではなかった😞

ドイツ旅行では、この玉ねぎ添えにガッカリさせられることになる、、、、、

And German cuisine 

⭐️Schnizel

It’s like a thin Japanese pork cutlet.

This was served with or on top of plenty of vinegard onions.

I didn’t like the onions 😅

⭐️カルトッフェルズッペ(Kartoffelsuppe)

じゃがいもスープ🍲

これは、美味しかった！　これはいける！！

It was very delicious!

夕食後、フランクフルト市内をぐるり🚶‍♀️

夜は21時ぐらいまで、外は明るい。

マイン川沿いは、古い建物とゆったり流れる川がマッチしていて、良い感じ

After dinner we walked around the downtown.

At this time of year in Frankfurt, it’s light until 9pm. The old buildings and Main River matched well so l felt great

5年も経ってしまいました😅

この間、コロナ禍、子供達の結婚、旦那の両親の介護、税理士試験の所得税と固定資産税の合格(後1科目で税理士！)、メイは9歳　などなど、、、、

盛りだくさん😳

今日から、ボチボチここに書いていこうと思います📝
