Well, it has been 2 months since Sydney had her puppies. Time goes by too fast!

One has already been sold, that leaves one more left.

He is such a cute little pup, if anyone is interested please contact us.

Our little Tenterfield Terrier, Sydney, had her puppies last Tuesday (28th April)!! She had 2 little boys that have been named Avocado & Apple. It was all a bit overwhelming but Sydney did such a great job, and is doing her job as a mother. Both males are tri colors, and have full tails.

The little ones should be due to go to new homes within 8 weeks. If anyone is interested, or know of anyone who is, feel free to contact us.

Its been 33 days since Sydney conceived and she is showing the signs of pregnancy! Her tummy is much rounder now and her nipples had enlarged, she seems to be be malting too. All very exciting!!! I don't think she will give birth to a big litter but still, we cant tell yet.............

Not much to repert on Kuma, he is joining me for Hanami on Sunday, will be his first trip to Tokyo! Hoping that lots of Sakura are out!

Yesterday mornning Sydney did her morning business and i noticed something like a jelly liquid come out, i had not seen this before so i decided that it be best for her to see the vet. It had been only a few weeks since she had mated and it turns out that she is pregnant, which is good news! The vet said that he could see two puppies, he could not clarify if there were anymore though until out next trip in 3 weeks......

Things are looking good for Sydney! She may be pregnant, not 100% sure but I think she is getting bigger!!

If anyone is interested i would like you to book asap, depending on the litter size there is a limit to how many pups we can sell. If she is pregnant she should have the puppies in the around the start of April.

Well............Not too sure if she is pregnant, she finished up her heat last week so now just waiting!

Both Sydney & Kuma have had a relaxing week! A dogs life is so simple at times i even get a bit envious!

Hello Eveyone!

I have had a bit of spare time on my hands lately and thought i would start up a blog dedicated to my 2 little dogs....

I am originally from Sydney, Australia and relocated to Japan not long after high school, and have been here now from just over 3 years. I am finding life in Japan very fun and exciting, I have my ups and downs just like any foreigner would, but overall i wouldnt change a thing.

Living with me are my 2 beautiful mini fox terriers, named Sydney (after her place of birth), and Kumataro (Just because i think it is such a cute name!). Both of the dogs were brought over to Japan from Sydney, Australia. They have adjusted very well to living in another country and so far have had no problems!

Sydney is a wonderful little thing, she is 15 months old, she is a very energetic litte thing with such a friendly personality! She arrived in Japan last summer and she always makes my day! Kumataro just arrived in Japan February 2009, he is smaller than Sydney and has far less energy, which is a great thing. He loves to cuddle up and sleep while Sydney runs circles around the both of us!

Sydney and Kuma have already formed a strong bond with one another, hopefully by May 2009 we will be expecting our first litter, and i am looking forward to having some more little pups around the house. I hope that they all find great homes, these dogs are great for anyone. In Australia they are very popular as they can adjust to living anywhere: Family houses, Farms, Apartments etc...... and they are especially great around children.

These are 2 very special Australian dogs who have ended up all the way in Japan, i hope this blog offers some information to anyone who would like to know more about my little international dogs, or are interested in owning one of your own! Feel free to ask any questions - in Japanese or English!
