あ、野球の話ね。甲子園のアウェイ感はテレビでも伝わってくる。オーディエンス、怖ひ。
I'm talking about the champion series in Japan baseball. I can tell Koshi-en stadium is always different from the other stadium. Even though I watched the game on TV, I really feel I'm watching the game at away from home.


相変わらず、ゆるい更新でごめんなさいね。

秋山監督がやめちゃうって言うから、クライマックスシリーズから見てましたよ。
I watched the champion series. all games of Howks. Akiyama head couch is one of my favorite baseball players.


でも、稲葉もやめちゃうからどっちが負けても勝っても嬉しいし悲しい。
Inaba is also. But both of them decided to leave baseball at the end of this season.


稲葉と金子の胴上げ、秋山監督の挨拶とか泣きながら見た。
The last game for Nippon-Ham fighters against Howks made me cry.


あー、あのひょうひょうとした佇まい・・・もう見れないかと思うと切ない。
So sad I won't see Akiyama on TV any more... but he is the one of the best couches in Japanese pro-baseball world!

おひさしぶりです。あおざいです。
It is really long time no see you.

ほんと、久しぶり。夏バテも相まって、いろいろと省エネモードで動いています。
It is too humid here to survive for me.

最近、時差の関係もあり朝の7時には会社にいるという生活をしています。
Lately, I'm working on a project and having meetings starting around seven in the morning.

定時とかに帰れればいいのですが、そんなわけもいかず・・・眠かったです。
It would so nice if I could get off of work earlier, but I could not. Sooooooooooo sleeply.

来週からは、週１で7:30からの会議はあるものの、通常シフトに戻れるこの喜び。
From tomorrow, I can return to the normal shift. I still have a regular meeting on Wed started at 7:30 though. it is much better than how I was in the last a few weeks.

朝の５時おきは辛いのですよ。
It was really hard for me to get up at 5:00 in the morning.

しかも、会社来たら会議がなくなってたなんてザラですし。
Plus, many of them had been cancelled when I got to the office before 7.

エアコンが壊れ、修理されるまで耐えられるか不安でした。でも、夜は比較的涼しく過ごせたので、扇風機だけでなんとか乗り切りました。
A/C at my room had been broken, but there was a nice breeze during night time.

なれちゃうと、エアコンの風って本当に体の調子をおかしくします。
A/C makes me sick sometimes. I actually do not like it.

もう、秋の匂いもしはじめていますね。
I felt summer is getting over when I saw

トンボを見ると、夏も終わりだなと感じます。

あと、空とか。
Sky as well.


振り返れば、夏らしいことなんてなんもしてないアオザイ。
I have just noticed that I have not done anything about summer.

海くらい行けばよかった
I have not gone to the beach.

浴衣くらい着ないと
I have not ware Yukata.

花火大会とか（人が多いから面倒くさい）
I have not gone to see fireworks.

とか、夏が終わるまでに何かひとつ夏らしいこと出来たらいいなと思います。

関東は久しぶりに暖かい週末ですね。
It is warm weather and nice weekend too.


近頃は、魅力的な声を探してはフェイスブックにノートして、Sexy Voice.comなんてスレッド上げて遊んでます。今日のセクシーボイスは若山弦蔵さんです。
I am looking for sexy voice and note it on my FB these days. it is fun lol.


あの雪はなんだったんだというくらい東京は穏やかで、山梨や埼玉はまだまだ大変で孤立している世帯もあるんです。
It is so fine day, and who could imagine we had that much snow in the last 2 weekends. Other Kanto-area as Yamanashi and Saitama is still struggle with a lot of snow.



南の出身のあおざいは、台風みたいな水害には抵抗はあまりありません。正直なところ、東京でゲリラ豪雨だの言われてるのだって、普通の雨くらいにしか感じないのです。
だから、台風が来た時の東京でのニュースをみるとそのくらいで・・・と思うのが正直なところ。
というか、甘く見てるでしょ！ヒールとか履いちゃてさ！傘なんかさしちゃってさ！危ないし！
I'm from south, and am kinda associating to water disaster. Honestly, in looking at news in Tokyo about typhoons, it do not think it so critical. I am like, why people with their umbrellas open and wearing heals?!

って、毎年思います。


北の出身の方は、今回似たようなことを思ったかたもいらっしゃるのかなと思ったりします。
About the snow in Kanto this year, some of people from north would feel like the same I feel.


経験がないから仕方がないけど、今回新潟県が動いたように災害ノウハウの展開とか即時対応できるシステムを確立するというのは自治体同士で出来ないものかと思うのです。そうすれば、今までうもれていた分野での雇用も生まれマーケットも大きくなるわけです。なんなら、その分野で中心的な土地に新潟がなれば、大阪都市構造とかまではいかなくても日本にとって重要な都市になるんではなかろうかとも思います。大都市から人が分散し、地域が活性化する可能性だってあります。
No one blame few experience in Kanto with that much snow. But it should be a good start to think about building a system to support each county to the other when it gets in a trouble like this time.



新潟県知事と県庁の判断がとても粋だと思うし、政治家としてとても魅力があると思いました。
Niigata Prif. did a great work for Yamanashi and Saitama, and the government and politics should be like this.


地方政治とはそうあるべきです。鹿児島県とか、そう言う意味ではマジでいけてないと思うのです。未だに箱物に執着してるあたりがどうも（嫌な）昔気質で嫌いです。さすが外様大名。プライドだけは一人前。
In speaking about this point, I really hate a congress at my home. They have a lot of good experiences about water disaster and volcano disaster, but never tried to spread these good methods to the others. At least, I've never seen them like that.


こんな毒を地元に吐けるのも、土地が好きだからなんですが、議会の椅子に座ってるおっさんたちが好きではありません。徳洲会とヤクザの土地ですから、きっと今回の新潟のように柔軟になるのは今のおっさんたちが死んでからしばらくなってからなんでしょうね。

My favorite radio program, Radioman Jack, was with me this year.


NHKの何が好きかといわれると、あの懐の深さ。
What I love about them is that they focus about a lot topics.


たまにブチ込む心地良いふざけっぷりが、ココロのオアシスです。
They have so fool programs between social news programs on the national radio.

狙ったかのように過剰に攻撃されているのは見るに耐えかねるところがありました。
I think Mr.Inose, a former governor of Tokyo, shouldn't have resigned just because of a tiny piece of his money scandal. I believe that mass media should not have the same outlook at the same time and not tend to lead their audience to an certain conclusion.



徳●会の本拠地出身としては、彼らの袖の下戦略は特段に取り上げるものではなく、いつものことだし、大した金額でもないし、ってか、袖の下なのにバレバレだし。あんなトピックに執着する暇があったら、もっと大きな政党とか政治家の同じトピックを同じように取り上げてみればいいのに。
I am from Kagoshima, where Tokushu-kai has their base. Their bribery is not so serious at home because they have been doing that for decades. The bribe is not that expensive, nor such a big news. Why did mass media not take the same topics about the other politicians from major parties?

そんな度胸も正義もマスコミにはないのは周知の事実。なんて実のない職業。心の底から、マスコミで働いてなくてヨカッタって思います。
We know, at least, Japanese media is not so brave, and I think it is soooo nice I do not work with them.


多かれ少なかれ、袖の下でお金が行き来することはあるし、そういうことがないと社会なんて回らないのが現実だと思うのです。

友人の結婚式で、地元に帰っておりました。
I went back home for a wedding reception of a friend of mine last weekend.


結婚式の前日に帰郷して、先日他界したばあさまの墓参りも兼ねて。
I went back on the day before the wedding reception to see my grand mam, who passed away in this July, and other friends of mine.


遊ぶ約束をしていた友人が全員、風邪でダウンということで
But, all who I was going to see got cold and we could not see.


手持ち無沙汰なあおざいは、鹿児島空港近くに住む友達を、突然呼び出し
I called another friend living near the airport, and chilled out.


霧島ドライブに行きました。


とりあえず、霧島神宮・・・
We visited several places in Kirishima

もう９月とは言え、まだまだ暑いですね。
Radio said the highest is 31c today. It seems summer still is here.


おうちの周りが連日の建設工事やらなにやらで、日中ずっとうるさくて落ち着きません。
These days, it is damn noisy because of contractions around my place every weekday. irritates me a lot.


土方の人は働いているとは言え、毎日こんな騒音の中だと大変でしょうね。
But people were in this noisy environment every day around years. That must be also hard.


今、社労士試験の勉強をしています。
I am going to take a certification of labor and social security attorney in next Aug.


ちょうど労働基準法のところを授業でやっているのですが、いやー、どことは言えないですが法令違反がチラホラ浮かびます。
am studying the labor law, and have realized that somewhere I know, I cannot point to though, have violated actions in the law.


知っていれば、「泣き寝入り」することも無いんだと実感しています。
Many people do not know ways to defend themselves from horrible conditions at their offices. With this kind of knowledge, I learned we could enrich our lives.


昨今、ブラック企業が云々と言われています。もし、本当に辛いのであれば先ず誰かに相談してみることって本当に大切だと思いました。
Today, so-called "Black companies" is a kinda hot topic on news. If you are in that hard situation, talking to someone near you first will be the good start to get your real life back.



個人がやむなく働けなくなったとき、会社が適切に保護できるような仕組みがあれば話は別ですが、かなりの確率で労働者側に責任を押し付けられるのが現実ですから。
If the company would take care of you well when you became not to work, staying the work and back to the position again would be a good choice. But, in the real world, it becomes our faults, but not companies, in most cases.



人と人とのつながりが薄くなった世の中だから、こういう知識を身につけているといろんなものを回避できるので、高い授業料を払った以上の見返りがあります。
With a great growth of internet society, we are losing connections to others. Knowing what protects our life always helps ourselves to have good lives.


人生をどう生きるかとかいうのは大げさかもしれないけど、楽しく過ごして行くのには結構役に立つ投資だったなって思ったりしております。


・・・が、ほんと興味本位で始めた勉強なので試験に受かるかは・・・自信ないっす（笑。
