 I think I perefer "go flat" like a tire or even a performance, all the performance went flat this evening.

Chris: So, "come on" this basically means coming back to the normal position. 
Maybe someone losses confidence, someone feels dishearten when you want to come back to the normal positive friend of mine, so come on!
Roza: Yeah, and also depending on the intonation. The circumstances in meaning can change of this "come on".  
Chris: For example?
Roza: Come on, Chris! Stop that!
Chris: But in every case even when the intonation changes, it's the same asically movement, coming back to normal.
