Everyone knows that making a great video game requires teams of experts, years of work, and millions of dollars. A roguelike, for those of you who don't speak PC gaming nerd, is a sort of randomly generated game where the object isn't to "win" necessarily, but just to not lose for as long as possible. While the coaches would have preferred to bring him along more slowly in the notoriously difficult to learn Dick LeBeau defense, they decided to see if he could handle the job as a starter, beginning with the second game. They still rotated Worilds into the game in his spot, but Jones was getting the brunt of the playing time until it was discovered that he had a concussion from that Oct. 13 game in New York. On the advice of their medical staff, Jones was held out of the Oct. 20 game against Baltimore.

The Steelers received good news on the three injured offensive linemen forced from the game Sunday in Oakland.

Tomlin said right guard David DeCastro (ankle) will be limited in the early practices but will have an "opportunity" to play Sunday in New England. Left guard Ramon Foster (concussion) is cleared to practice, and they will determine how he reacts during the week whether to play him in the game. Reserve Guy Whimper (hyper extended knee) also may be limited in early practices but "we expect him to be available" to play.

These NFL coaches aren on the hot seat yet.

It too early to say these coaches are in danger of losing their jobs; if that were the case, they would been fired at the end of lastseason.

Each of these coaches, however, will need to show dramatic improvements from last year, or else they could be looking for new jobs by 2015. Consider this a watch list (in alphabetical order) for coaches who might be on the hot seat next season.

Dennis Allen, Oakland Raiders

Of all the coaches on this list, Allen is the one who is most in danger of losing his job. In his first two yearsin Oakland, consecutive 4 12 seasons prompt a make or break campaign in 2014. The Raiders don have to make the playoffs for Allen to keep his job, but they do have to show improvement.

With Matt Schaub and Derek Carr as the new quarterbacks and an injection of talent on defense, another 4 12 year will promptAllen end in Oakland. The Raiders ranked 25th in the NFL last season in passing offense(208.8 yards per game), so the key for Allen in 2014 will be growing that number.

Gus Bradley, Jacksonville Jaguars

Bradley is in a similar position to which Allen was in at the start of last season: entering his second year with the franchise after an initial 4 12 season. The thinking is that Bradley will have at least one more yearto show he is building the Jaguars into a competitive team. If he fails to do that, however, he could be in danger of losing his job.

With the additions of quarterback Blake Bortles, who will start as the backup, and wide receivers Marqise Lee and Allen Robinson, Jacksonville is a very young team. It natural for there to be an initial learning curve. Butthe Jaguars last made the playoffs seven years ago, so patience will be thin. With a stable of young talent, Bradley has to show he can develop his players into a competitive team in Green Suede Belle Zeppa 100mm the AFC South.

Jason Garrett, Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have missed the playoffs four consecutive years, and it seems like each time they do, there is talk of Garrett losing his job. Rumors swirled after another Dallas meltdown (losing three of its last four games in 2013),stipulating thatGarrett job was in danger. Team owner Jerry Jones guaranteed Garrett would be back in 2014.

But will Jones be as patient next season if the Cowboys fail to reach the postseason again? It not likely. No matter what the defense does, however, it clear that for Garrett to stay in Dallas, the Cowboys have to play in January.

More than any other coach on this list, Philbin appears because of off the field problems within his organization, stemming from the Richie Incognito Jonathan Martin saga from last season. When Ted Wells report came out, Philbin said he did not know about the harassment; that may have saved his job. Former general manager Jeff Ireland was fired, and if Philbin locker room doesn show any improvement next season, he could be on the way out, too.

Despite all of the internal turmoil, the Dolphins controlled their destiny late in the season and nearly made the playoffs. A late season collapse that comprisedlosses to the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, however, ended Miami postseason hopes. The Dolphins scored seven combined points in those final two games and have a new offensive coordinator in Bill Lazor. What the Dolphins do on the field, as much as what they do off of it, will seal Philbin fate in Miami.

Rex Ryan, New York Jets

Toward the end of the year, rumors emerged that Ryan might be coaching his final games for the franchise, but the Jets extended his contract in the offseason, through 2015. The deal is reportedly based on incentives for postseason victories, so if New York fails to make it next season, Ryan could, once again, feel pressure for his job.

Despite having one of the worst offenses in the NFL last season, the Jets scraped together an 8 8 record. With a rebuilt offense, including Eric Decker, Chris Johnson, Michael Vick and rookie Jace Amaro, improvement is mandatory for Ryan to keep his spot.

Mike Smith, Atlanta Falcons

Out of all the coaches on this list, Smith has the most security. Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff has supported Smithand both received contract extensions this offseason. If the Falcons don recover from their 4 12 nightmare season last year, however, the pressure on Smith job could intensify. With a 60 36 record in Atlanta and four postseason appearances in six years, he likely safe for now.

The Falcons were dealt with a devastating series of injuries last year, specifically Red Suede Belle Zeppa 100mm to wide receivers Julio Jones and Roddy White. With a brand new offensive line,Atlanta won have any excuses for another substandard season.
