Crosby spent about 35 minutes practicing on the ice, his first time skating since his jaw was fractured by a puck 16 days ago.

There’s no indication when Crosby will return to practice or rejoin the lineup, and he isn’t expected to join the Penguins in practice today.

However, just two days ago there was no timetable for Crosby to skate again. He did some traveling with the team after he was cleared to fly, and he says he’s feeling better–all good indications that he is recovering quickly and could rejoin the team soon.

If you have a punching bag, tie the jersey to it and go to town on the patch. Might work. Also might look odd that you're punching your favourite team, so I recommend doing it when no one else is home.
