Secondly, check if the oil temperature is too low or there is not enough hydraulic oil. Park the machine on even ground and place the boom bucket to a lowest point. Then check whether hydraulic oil is well controlled.

Thirdly, detecting the hydraulic steering system, have the hydraulic pressure taps connected to the oil pressure gauge. Then press the accelerator to achieve engine maximum speed. By turning the steering wheel to make the steering system pressure reach to a maximum degree.

Fourthly, check the steering relief valve whether there are a lot of impurities.

Fault analysis: when testing the wheel loader, only to find the machine steering turns slowly. At that time, first check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal. From the situation, we can make a judgment that steering system pressure is incorrect.

Attentions；
We must make right judgment of the malfunction. Hydraulic failure is hard to deal with. All these malfunction have direct connection with flow and pressure. Thus, it is better to test the accurate pressure value. For turning difficulty, there are several main cause:                                           

The wheel loader steering system may have some air.
Steering pump damage cause inadequate flow.
Priority valve spool or body gap is too large
Steering pump suction pipe delamination.

Buffer spring
Damper spring installed at the spring seat base is able to reduce the impact force between the cage and the ground and the cage, the counterweight impact force.

Safety hook
