なおじ」に行った。<br>ここは、かつて「<a href="http://cho-gotouchi-gourmet.com/archives/858">純金ラーメンのひのとり</a>」があったところだいぶ競争が激しく、目まぐるしく店舗が入れ替わる場所である。<br>店の前には、メニューの看板やポスターが所狭しと貼られている。<br>煮干しと背脂あまり聞かないように感じるが、どうだろうか？</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>お店の雰囲気</h2><p>入り口からは入って右手に食券機。<br>相変わらず細長いお店だ。<br>正面には、厨房右側にはカウンターがあるが、そこには座らずに2階に上がる。<br>上がると、細長いスペースに座席が並ぶ。<br>ガタイの良い人だとちょっと狭いなあという感じがしそうだ。</p><h2>注文方法は？</h2><p>食券を購入するタイプ</p><h2>今回のメニュー</h2><p>名前：つゆなし<br>種類：あぶら麺<br>料金：680円（税込）<br>時間：注文してから5分程度<br>コール：なし</p><h2>つゆなし</h2><p>第一印象は、二郎系か？実際は違ったら申し訳ないが、モヤシ、背脂、太麺ときたら<br>そう考えてしまう。（ステレオタイプ御免！）<br>チャーシューは細かく刻まれていて背脂が少量かかっている。</p><p><img <p>今回は、阿佐ヶ谷の『箸とレンゲ』にお邪魔しました。</p><p>阿佐ヶ谷駅かをでてから架橋下の横断歩道をまっすぐ進み、「Beans」のさらに奥まで進むとお店がある。<br>ここも、おしゃれなお店だ。一般的なラーメン店をイメージすると店が見つからないかもしれない。</p><p>食券式ではなく、メニューを見てから注文するタイプ。</p><p>ぶどう山椒の麻婆麺　Mサイズ900円</p><p>注文して5分程度でやってくる。</p><p>うわー凄い！こんなに美しく立体系になっているラーメンは初めてかもしれない。<br>山盛り・テラ盛系のただただすごい山盛りとは違う。<br>見た目も美しく、かつ楽しくなる盛り付け。これだけで味にも期待が持てる。</p><p><img <title>これはウマい！？麺つゆにラー油が入っている蕎麦！とろろ肉そば 新橋　なぜ蕎麦にラー油をいれるのか</title>

<title>話題？！のコーヒーラーメン（アイス）を食べて新境地へ！！亜呂摩　お花茶屋</title>

<p>色々と難儀な事が多い毎日である。</p><p>そんな中お邪魔したのは、お花茶屋駅近くにある『亜呂摩』これでアロマと読む。</p><p>お店は喫茶店タイプ。<br>カラオケもできたりする。</p><p>店に入るとマスターが熱唱中。<br>店はまだ営業中って看板出ていたよなあと思い、</p><p>「まだ大丈夫ですか？」と聞いてしまった。</p><p>どうも夫婦で経営しているお店らしい。</p><p>カウンターの真上にコーヒー麺という看板がある。<br>よし！これで行こうという事でコーヒーラーメンを頼む。<br>ホットとアイスがあり、今回はアイスで頼んだ。</p><p>お値段700円（税込）</p><p>その他、サラダメンと普通のつけ麺タイプのものがある。<br>こちらは普通のスープを使っているそうだ。</p><p>さて、問題のコーヒーラーメン（アイス）がやってきた。<br>見た目がギャグのようなラーメンである。いや、お茶目なラーメンと言ったらよいだろうか。<br>以前、mixiのラーメン屋台経営するゲームでこんな感じのラーメンを作ったことがある。<br>なんか微笑ましい。<br>入っているものもいろいろ気になる。<br><img width="553"></p><p>卵の後は、アイスクリームと行きたいところだけれども、<br>ここで、アイスだけ食べてはいけない。<br>通の食べ方は、珈琲スープとアイスをまぜまぜする。</p><p>気持ち悪い？いや、それはあたらない。<br>マスターが「味がまろやかになって雰囲気が変わるよ」というのであればやるしかない。</p><p>珈琲のスープにアイスクリームをまぜませしてみた。<br>ちょっと油が浮いているのが気になったけれど、<br>その味は非常にクリーミーである。<br>こちらの方が、混ぜる前よりもっと好きな味かもしれない。</p><p>感覚としては、珈琲フロートに似ているが、食べたときの甘さは全くない。<br>アイスクリームの甘さは、塩分にかき消されているような感じがした。</p><p>まさに、微妙なバランスで、不思議なウマさである。<br>個人的にはかなり有り！<br>見た目に騙されて食べるを辞めては、いけない・・・</p><p><img
