3 Picks and Predictions

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions

Week two of the 2010 NFL season left several teams with close defeats the Redskins, Browns, Lions, Vikings, Browns, and 49ers while other teams won with 20 or more points to spare the Falcons, Colts, Chargers, and Packers. Week three features more games that end with lopsided box scores, but games such as the Falcons at New Orleans, an AFC East rivalry between the Jets and Dolphins, and the Monday night meeting between the Packers and Bears should all be fun ones to watch. I'm also looking forward to seeing the Texans establish themselves as the best team in Texas with a win over the Cowboys. Last week I went 12 4, making me 21 11 thus far. Here are my 2010 week three NFL picks. 2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Tennessee Titans at New York Giants

Both teams are looking for rebound wins after disappointing week two showings. The Steelers ended Chris Johnson's 13 game streak www.packersauthenticofficialshop.com/JOHN_KUHN_SUPER_BOWL_JERSEY.html of at least 100 yards rushing, handing him his second worst game of his career. The Giants, on the hand, were utterly embarrassed by Eli's older brother. Even though I believe the Giants are a better team, I think Chris Johnson will have a monster game and help the Titans prevail, 27 20.

This match up features two surprise teams. Many predicted the Steelers would struggle mightily without Big Ben, but their defense has more than made up for their struggling offense. As for the Buccaneers, their own 2 0 start was definitely not forecasted. Josh Freeman's play hasn't been spectacular, but he's found ways to lead late drives and subsequent victories. It'd be nice to see the young Bucs pull out an impressive win at home, but I predict the Steelers will leave this low scoring game undefeated: Steelers 14 13 over the Buccaneers.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Cincinnati Bengals at Carolina Panthers

There's no question who enters this game as the more dominant of wild cats. The Panthers have quickly become one of the worst teams in the league while the Bengals look to pile up more wins in order to keep their tight AFC North division close. Rookie Jimmy Clausen is already slated to get his first NFL start, but I think the Bengals will beat the struggling Panthers, 21 14.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and packersauthenticofficialshop.com/RANDALL_COBB_SUPER_BOWL_JERSEY.html Predictions: Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens

Cleveland's woes aren't ending anytime soon. Jake Delhomme already looks like a mistake, and he's probably out again this week. That means Seneca Wallace gets a start against a Ravens team that is looking to redeem a week two loss that could very easily have been avoided if Joe Flacco didn't throw four picks. The Ravens should easily beat the Browns, 27 10.

2010 NFL Week 3 Davante Adams Kids Jersey Picks and Predictions: Dallas Cowboys at Houston Texans

The Texans will do everything to show that they are the most dominant team in Texas and one of the best teams in the league. Dallas is a disappointing 0 2, and it doesn't look good for them. The Texans boast a dynamic offense that should give the Cowboys trouble all day. I predict the Texans extend the Cowboys' losing streak to three sad games, beating them 31 28.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: San Francisco 49ers at Kansas City Chiefs

The 49ers are Julius Peppers Jersey surprisingly 0 2, while the Chiefs are somehow 2 0. Now they meet in a game that could go either way and tell a lot about both teams. Prior to the season's start, many would have looked at this game and, without much hesitation, picked the Niners to win. Now, however, it doesn't look that simple. Alex Smith finally lead his team on several strong drives, but the Chiefs' young defense has been playing well too. The primary reason I predict the 49ers to win is because their defense should overpower the Chiefs offense, which hasn't been doing too well of late. I predict the 49ers to beat the Chiefs 20 14.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

The Detroit Lions are actually playing better than fans may realize. Rookie Jahvid Best is putting up numbers that have him far and away at the top of potential ROY rankings. The 0 2 Vikings are desperate for their first win, and if they don't beat the Lions, they can consider this season over. I think they'll finally get the job done: Vikings 28 24 over the Lions.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

The season ending ACL injury to Patriots' running back Kevin Faulk is a big blow, but the Patriots won't have to worry about it this week. They're playing the league's worst team at home, and they are looking for a rout to alleviate some of the disappointment following last week's loss to the Jets. There isn't too much to say about the Bills. They're just a bad team. The Patriots will easily dismantle the Bills in the week's highest scoring game, 45 10.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints

This is one of the better match ups in a week that features several potentially lopsided games. Unlike those, the Falcons Saints game should be much more interesting. This game is incredibly significant for both NFC South teams, and the Falcons finally found their offense last week while. In contrast, the Saints have yet to put up numbers anywhere near their fantastic production last season, and the injury to Reggie Bush definitely makes things more difficult. My gut tells me the Falcons can pull of the shocking upset, but I think third week's a charm for the home team: Saints 33 28 over the Falcons.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Washington Redskins at St. Louis

The Redskins took a heartbreaking loss at home last week to the upstart Texans, but this is a good way for them to get back on track. Sam Bradford has been showing some encouraging flashes every week, particularly in regards to his chemistry with revived receiver Mark Clayton, but I don't think this is the week where he gets his first win. I predict a Redskins win over the Rams 27 16.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Philadelphia Eagles at Jacksonville Jaguars

Most of the sport's world anticipated that Kevin Kolb would resume as starter as soon as he was clear to play. Three days after Michael Vick's incredible performance that led to the Eagles' first victory of the season, however, Kolb looks as though he may be holding a clipboard again for a while. Coach Andy Reid's decision to retract from all his confident offseason Kolb talk is questionable, but Vick does give the Eagles the best chance to win now. His mobility is perhaps most valuable because Philadelphia's offensive line is horrible, but he has also shown that he can stand tall in the pocket and deliver sharp throws when the protection doesn't break down. The Jaguars will protect the ball much better this weekend, but I think the Eagles will get their second win: Eagles 28 13 over the Jaguars.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Oakland Raiders at Arizona Davante Adams Youth Jersey Cardinals

Jason Campbell's benching in favor of Bruce Gradkowski certainly sparked a little bit of offense, but I anticipate that Campbell gets another shot against the disappointing Cardinals. This game could go either way, but I think the Raiders defense will help secure a win over the Cardinals, whose offense is drastically worse without Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin: Raiders 17 13 over the Cardinals.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: San Diego Chargers at Seattle Seahawks

San Diego looked like a playoff team in week two, and the Seahawks looked like their old selves. I think the Chargers defense realized that it can still be a top unit, which should give them confidence on the road against a Seattle team Julius Peppers Youth Jersey that didn't take care of the ball too well last week. Seattle backup Charlie Whitehurst will watch as his mentor, Matt Hassellbeck, and the Seahawks lose to his former team, 28 14.

2010 NFL Week 3 Picks and Predictions: Indianapolis Colts at Denver Broncos

The Broncos looked impressive in their week two victory against the Seahawks, but the Colts will overpower and dismantle them with ease. I predict the Colts to beat the Broncos, 31 17.

and draft a quarterback

Did the Texans owner reveal the team

Did Houston Texans cheap red bottom shoes owner Bob McNair reveal everything?

The franchise holds the No. 1 selection in Thursday first round of the NFL draft, and is deciding what to do with the pick. General manager Rick Smith hinted at the team intentions, but was far more calculated than the Texans owner.

In an interview with FOX 26 in Houston, via Pro Football Talk, McNair basically laid out what Houston wants to do with its first overall pick: trade down with a team looking to select Jadeveon Clowney, and draft a quarterback later in the round.

"Really at this point we don't know and we really won't know until right up at the time we have to make a decision because people are talking to cheap red bottoms us about the possibility of trading down and it's a question of what people offer, whether their offer is such that it's worthwhile to trade down.

take a guy like Clowney. He's obviously the best player in the draft, but he's a defensive end. He's not a quarterback. If he's a quarterback and the best player it's easy, but that's not the case. So can that defensive player have a greater impact on the success of your team than one of these quarterbacks? It's not a sure thing that he is. . . . If somebody wants you to drop down and they give you two or three more picks that would let you get two or three more quality players, are you a stronger team dropping down a little bit, getting these additional picks and getting more depth?

"You got three quarterbacks and all of them have some holes in their resume. A quarterback that goes out and performs for you and is a franchise quarterback is more valuable than a player playing another position, but there's a lot more risk there. It's a more difficult position to play and there are lot more failures.

"You drop down and there's another group close behind, not exactly where they are, and maybe one of those quarterbacks will become better than one of these other three. There are no slam dunks. There are no Andrew Lucks out there, no Peyton Mannings. If there were it would be an easy decision, but that's not the case."

There no hinting or hiding there. Unless the Texans are thinking of doing something completely different, but McNair is intentionally saying this to create a perception, this is about as close as you will get to christian louboutin shoes replica learning about a team strategy.

MORE: Complete NFL draft coverage

Because Houston essentially needs people to become interested in trading for the No. 1 pick, it not surprising that the louboutin shoes replica team front office is talking so much.

Fifteen weeks down

2009 NFL Cheap Replica Sunglasses Week 16 Predictions

Fifteen weeks down and two to go! Naturally there are some NFL teams out of the playoff picture. However, week 16 will be crucial to the hopes of several in the AFC and NFC. Some teams are fighting for a post season invite, others are struggling for home field advantage, and a few are determined to simply keep their pride. The Chargers are the second hottest team in the NFL and still have something to play for. The Titans are coming off of an impressive win in Week 15 and have come roaring back from a dismal start. Just a few weeks ago they looked like a force to be reckoned with. Now you don't know what kind of team is going to take the field. The Bills have secured yet another losing season. While both NFL teams have the potential for offensive explosions they seem to have forgotten the killer instinct that makes them true contenders. They still are playing for home field advantage in the playoffs. The Buccaneers got their second win of the season. They are clawing their way to the playoffs. The Steelers finally woke up and played to the level everyone has expected the NFL champions to. Too bad it took so long for them to get their act together. They showed they have some pieces to build on for the future though. The Bengals played an emotionally draining game and nearly squeaked out a win. This week they can focus on wrapping up their division. Could they have found a quarterback that can get them back in the winning ways? Week 16 will go a long way in answering that question. Meanwhile the Giants laid down their own whooping of a divisional rival. New York needs this if they want any hope of the post season. Green Bay lost a close one in week 15 and showed they still have some vulnerability. So are the Texans. This week 16 matchup could be a preview of respectable 2010 teams. Miami has played well at home and Houston has played well on the road. The Texans offense will out sling Miami's.

Houston 28, Michael Kors Cheap Miami 27

(St. A few weeks ago this would have been a no brainer prediction but after seeing the Cardinals the last few weeks some questions have been Replica Sunglasses raised. Will Week 16 erase the doubts?

Arizona 24, St. Detroit may be on Michael Kors Outlet a path to recovery. The 49ers were officially eliminated from the playoffs but many on the team and the coaching staff have something to prove in order to keep their jobs. Week 16 will be a mettle tester.

Dallas 35 St. Louis 17

Free NFL Picks Week 7

Well, what can you do when Houston, St. Louis, and Atlanta all win on last second plays and you take the Bengals before knowing that Palmer isn't going to play. Granted we thought they would cover regardless when the line ballooned to 9 1/2, but we would have taken the Jets to win. Oh well, it's in the past and now our NFL game picks are movin' forward to Week 7. Oh and did we say something about the Browns? Unbelievable, but in Week 6 totally believable. One thing to note is that we even got hit during the Sunday day games in our weekly newsletter going 1 3, watched San Diego come alive and bash our strategized parlay play of New England to the OVER, but made up a little ground with the Cleveland to the OVER parlay for those who chose to play it. However, we left it optional since we hit the $100 mark which for the couple hundred that are getting the newsletters every week you know what we're talking about and everything. That leaves us at 23 10 overall dropping us to around 61%.

So, If you want to add yourself to the list then put your email below or go to the Best NFL Picks Free website and sign up there. Okay, now lets get to Week 7 and your NFL game picks.

Well isn't this one of those interesting games when a decent team comes off a bye and has to play a team that looked like a Super Bowl caliber juggernaut. One thing to ask though is whether or not Buffalo is for real, or just a bunch of pretenders getting help from their schedule. We'll take the pretender route and go with the fact that the Chargers are back. Then again the last time we said this they lost to Miami.

It's just the kind of year we're having and we believe that Buffalo is going to have a hard time running the ball. Of course, we've been wrong about a time or two, but our NFL game picks will start off on the right foot with a Charger win. Chalk it up on your free NFL picks as well.

San Diego 24 Buffalo 14

Minnesota at Chicago

Boy, these two teams lived and died by the field goal in the waning moments of each of their games didn't they? Granted, the Bears had no business squibbing and giving the Falcons a one play field goal range shot, but it's their own fault for calling it. This week's matchup is a rivalry that has lasted years upon years and looks to be another slugfest this weekend. Let's just say you don't want to go down a game with wild cards being scarce in the NFC.

The problem that Chicago has is containing the pass here recently and while Gus Frerotte is no Drew Brees, he and Bernard Berrian are starting to gel well together. The loss to the Falcons might have taken a Wholesale Cheap Sunglasses little wind out of the Bears sails in the Windy City and they may come out flat. We're adding the Vikes to our list of NFL game picks for this week.

Minnesota 24 Chicago 14 Cheap Wholesale Sunglasses

Pittsburgh at Cincinnati

Well, this pick will rest on the fact that Carson Palmer is playing. Actually it really doesn't matter, we're taking the Steelers. Even though we would have taken the Jets last week if we wrote it after Palmer was ruled out, we still thought they would cover the spread. However, with Pittsburgh coming off a bye, Big Ben resting that Wholesale Bags beat up body of his, and Willie Parker coming back there should be a lot of points in this game.

Oh, here's the kicker, the Bengals can't pressure the quarterback unless it's the Cleveland Browns so Rothy will have plenty of time to throw the ball. Granted we think a lot of points will be put up this week and the over looks pretty stout, but the end result will be a Cincinnati loss. Chalk up another three or four turnovers for the boys in orange and black. doesn't have a chance here and be done with it. While it would be funny, it's the truth because the only thing they have going for them right now is the fact that they can market Tony Gonzalez and get a great draft pick for him. Since Tennessee is lights out against the run and Larry Johnson is their only offense, this came could be over before it started.

Then again it's not like the Titans are going to score 35 points because they're just not built that way. In fact, the game against the the Bengals where they won 24 7 was their biggest output of the year. Good thing you only need to win by 1 as they move forward with that 6 0 record. In the meantime it just helps our NFL game picks for this week and hopefully a 4 0 record to this point.

Tennessee 20 Kansas City 6

Dallas at St. Louis

Ouch. It's all we can say for the NFC East this past week as both the Cowboys and the Redskins screwed around long enough to lose. On the flipside it probably made the Rams feel good, but all you St. Louis fans out there don't need to get too excited. The Cowboys are going to blow this game wide open and while you could put up some points, they'll probably double it.

Nick Folk has to be kicking himself in the wazzou for missing that field goal at the end of the first half as should the entire offensive line on that punt. Good news is we took the Cardinals and they look like the clear choice in the West to win the division already up 2 games on their adversaries. In this game though the Cowboys will be seeking redemption in a big way.

Dallas 35 St. Louis 17

Baltimore at Miami

Wow, the wildcat offense against the defense that just got lit up for a whopping 31 points and the Indianapolis Colts. Due to the injuries that the Ravens are incurring week in and week out there is nothing that leads us to believe they're going to score a lot against the Dolphins. Until they do we'll be picking against them as well and the cellar dweller AFC Wholesale Handbags North excluding the Steelers.

Remember, Flacco is the starter the rest of the year and while he did start 2 0, so did Ryan Leaf back in his hey dey. Hopefully Joe doesn't take that route and after about four years he ends up looking like another rookie who started his career 2 0. Who's that you might ask? John Elway. Yep, there's your little bit of useless information for this week and another winner on our list of NFL game picks.

Miami 24 Baltimore 10

San Francisco at NY Giants

Well, while we would like to tell you that San Francisco has a shot in this game thanks to the 0 5 teams getting wins last week, we just can't. The final 5 minutes of their game against Philadelphia simply showed they are still young in the mental game and could blow up at any moment. We have a feeling this is what will happen against the Super Bowl champs. Once you take Gore out of the equation, the Niners just don't sound very competitive.

The Giants are coming off a sad loss against the Browns and look to make up for that ridiculous 3 interception showing from Eli Manning. Now that we know they won't go undefeated, they're definitely going to be in the playoffs unless they fall off the map in the 2nd half of the season. The Niners may hit some field goals and a possible touchdown but this is the makings of a route.
