Gateshead left to rue what mig

  Byline: JEFF BOWRON

IT was a case of what might have been as gallant Gateshead crashed out of the FA Cup following a 2-0 first-round defeat at League One club Notts County.

A controversial Ben Davies penalty midway through the first half and a late clincher from sub Luke Rodgers meant Gateshead left the Magpies nest with nothing to show for their considerable efforts.

Ian Bogie's men had Paul Ince's County rattled in the second half and came close to an equaliser on three occasions before Rodgers settled a cracking tie.
                 juicy couture tracksuits
A crowd of 3,235, including a 300-strong Heed Army, created a lively atmosphere for a pulsating cup clash, and ensured Gateshead made around pounds 35,000 from this season's cup run.

Cup glory, however, eluded the Tynesiders who now have to re-focus for a tricky Conference Premier trip to Fleetwood tomorrow.

Bogie praised his side for an impressive display in Nottingham, and also the travelling supporters who created a carnival atmosphere throughout the 90 minutes.

Bogie said: "The fans were tremendous. They gave us great backing and it was just a shame we couldn't give them at least a goal to celebrate.

"It was a good, open cup-tie and one we played well in.

"It was a great effort from the lads, particularly in the second half, and it's disappointing that we didn't get something out of the game.

"The penalty was debatable but Curtis shouldn't have got himself in that situation in the first place, especially against an experienced player like Lee Hughes.

"We imposed ourselves on County in the second half. We had them rattled and if we had scored when we were on top we could have gone on to win the tie.

"We pressed hard for the equaliser and the game was in the balance until the last 10 minutes, but there was no way back after County scored their second.
         true religion jeans
"That came from a defensive lapse as well, but I can't be harsh on the players as they have given their all and we made a real fist of it."

Gateshead were second best in the first half, Tim Deasy saving well from onloan debutant, and manager's son, Thomas Ince, and Ben Davies, Ince also going twice from distance.
             abercrombie fitch
Curtis had his pocket picked by Hughes in the 21st minute attempting an ill-advised turn near the touchline though the defender appeared to have got the ball when Hughes subsequently went sprawling in the box.

Notts keeper Ron Burch made important saves from Martin Brittain and Jon Shaw after the break with the lively Brittain also firing inches over, before Rodgers beat the advancing Deasy to end Gateshead's Cup dreams.

"Gateshead are a decent side," said Ince. "It was always going to be their cup final, but we had enough chances to put the game to bed before Rodgers scored."

  CAPTION(S):

CUP CLASH Gateshead's James Curtis, above left, challenges Notts County''s Thomas Ince, son of manager Paul, seen left with Heed boss Ian Bogie

Other articles:
http://qwe12121.obolog.com/rowan-s-creek-kentucky-bourbon-840858
http://ig37356546.i.ifensi.com/blog/show/2739722
He has a number of homes, including ones in Wiltshire, NewYork and Malibu..

WHAT WERE YOUR DREAMS AS A CHILD? TO BE a musician. My earliest memory issitting at my mother's feet as she played the piano - it was an upright, withworn brass pedals. She always played tangos for some reason. When she playedshe seemed to be transported somewhere else, her eyes intent upon the sheetmusic in front of her. It was the only time I wasn't the centre of her world, the only time she ignored me, so I knew this was something significant.

I suppose she initiated me into the mystery of music through those times. Iwould spend hours hammering away at the piano under the delusion that if Ipersisted long enough, my noise would become music. I still labour under thatdelusion.

WHEN WAS THE MOMENT YOU REALISED YOU WERE FAMOUS? Breguet Replica THE first time you hear yourown song playing on the radio is an amazing feeling. I was painting the ceilingat the time and I almost fell off the ladder.

Nothing can live up to that moment; everything else afterwards has a sense ofdiminishing returns. At the time, I didn't know for sure if I was going to befamous - I might never have had another hit record - but it felt like I hadarrived.

WOULD YOU RATHER BE RICH AND FAMOUS OR POOR AND ANONYMOUS? I'M VERY glad Ididn't become a celebrity till I was 27.

Before that I was a teacher with a real job and a pension and a mortgage. Iffame had happened to me ten years earlier, I think I would have gone crazy. ButI already had a sense of perspective when celebrity came along, and so I couldenjoy it. People are generally polite to me when they meet me, and if they'renot, then I'm from Newcastle and I can say what I like to them! HAVE YOU HAD TOCHANGE YOUR LIFE AS A CELEBRITY? NO, because I measure my success by myrelationships and friendships rather than how much money is in the bank. I wantto live as normally as possible. I demand my right to walk around in a normalway without protection or bodyguards. I go out and get the newspapers in themorning, I walk the dogs and I demand respect from people on the street - notas Sting, but as a guy who's got the same right to be there as anyone else inthe community. I'm a citizen, if you like, and I have citizen's rights.

DO YOU HAVE ANY REGRETS? I'VE SAID stupid things in the past and had to dealwith the fallout among friends and family. My brother is a milkman working inTyneside and my sister works at an airport. They're very familiar now with thefeeling of being embarrassed by me in the newspapers.
     Ties Gift Set Clothing
In America, for example, people asked me what my home town was like, and I saidit was a nice place to bring up your food.
A portrait of Paris, princess

Byline: From David Gardner in Los Angeles

SHE gives the camera a cheeky smile, lip gloss neatly applied and hair artfully styled.

Paris Hilton's newest publicity photo? Not quite. This is her latest police mugshot -- her third in four years.

The American socialite was arrested in Las Vegas at the Prada Bags Replica weekend on suspicion of possessing cocaine.

  She was handcuffed and fingerprinted.

But when it came to having her picture taken, the 29-year-old heiress to the Hilton hotels chain showed that she is always ready for her close-up.

Her latest brush with the law came after a bag of cocaine allegedly fell out of her purse.

It is the second time this year that she has been arrested on drug possession charges.

South African police held her after a World Cup match this summer on suspicion of having marijuana, but the case was quickly dropped.

Her first drink-driving arrest was in 2006 and the following year Miss Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
     replica balenciaga handbags
This time she was with her boyfriend, Las Vegas nightclub mogul Cy Waits, who was driving a black Cadillac Escalade when they were pulled over on the Las Vegas Strip on Friday night.

A police officer 'followed the vapour trail and the odour of marijuana to the Escalade,' said police spokesman Sergeant John Sheahan.

'Miss Hilton pulled out a tube of lip balm and at the same time a bindle [envelope] of cocaine in a plastic bag came out of her purse.' Another officer said the cocaine was a 'small amount,' or a package of the size usually associated with personal use.

If convicted of cocaine possession, replica breitling Miss Hilton would be put on probation, but any violation of that probation would be punishable by up four years behind bars.

Miss Hilton's lawyer David Chesnoff said: 'I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law.

'A lot of facts are going to come to light that will ultimately lead to exoneration.'

  CAPTION(S):

  2006 Arrested for drink-driving

2007 On a reckless driving charge

The moment of her arrest in Vegas

2010 Paris's third mugshot: She's well used to posing for them by now

Other articles:
http://qwe12121.insanejournal.com/35302.html
http://blog.ifeng.com/article/6606411.html

Local day care center receives

The National Association for the Education of Young Children has accredited four local Early Connections Learning Centers.

The rigorous examination took more than two years, and included looking at internal policies, documenting that standards are being met.

Only 8 percent of centers Best Dolce & Gabbana Handbags Online in the United States have received such designation.

"We are extremely proud, it's like receiving a five star or platinum label that our children get the highest quality of care. " said Diane Price, Early Connections CEO.

For example, they increased educational support of teachers, putting some on plans to complete degrees and additional learning.
Replica A Lange & Sohne Watch cheap Nike shoes
"They wanted to make sure that our policies are embedded in our work, so it is natural, not something you do on Wednesday, but all the time."

Early Connections Learning Centers, a private nonprofit organization, was founded 113 years ago. There are nine locations in Colorado Springs offering before and after school care, all day care, and licensed home providers. Only four of the center's day care centers are of the type that association accredits.

Other articles:
http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_68f648dc0100kv9t.html
http://portokalada.com/content.php?cid=18239

LOCAL NEWS BRIEFS

State Washington-Wizards officials noted that

$5 million in stimulus money was directed to the project, which cost $8 million. Morreale Memorial benefit and steak fry held Sept. 25 in the Carroll Rod & Gun Club raised $4,000 for Hospice Chautauqua County, organizer Michelle Morreale Anderson said. In four years, the event has generated more than $13,000 for Hospice Chautauqua.

Another $2,000 from the event will go to the Marcy Morreale Memorial Scholarship Fund. Started two years ago, it awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior from Frewsburg High School.
Spirit Airlines Introduces New

Lightweight Made-in-the-USA Seats Offer Greater Comfort, Greater Fuel Efficiency, Less Maintenance

MIRAMAR, Fla. -- Customers traveling aboard Spirit Airlines鈥?new Airbus A320 aircraft are among the first to experience Brice Seating鈥檚 new pre-reclined B3100 Featherweight鈩?Super Light seat design.

The new leather seats with a greater recline built into the design offer comfort throughout the entire flight as you do not need to put the seat in a full upright position during take-off and landing. The new design also offers more space under the seat in front of you.

The lightweight seat means greater fuel efficiency, which is better for the environment and reduces costs. It is more than 30 percent lighter in weight than other seats. 178 seats on Spirit鈥檚 A320 weigh less than 145 seats on its A319.

Since the new seats are stationary, customers have also praised the fact that there is no longer interference from the seat in front of you moving up and down throughout the flight.

In addition, fewer moving mechanisms mean less maintenance and fewer delays. The sleek design and fewer parts also speeds up cabin security handbags x checks and lend themselves to more secure life vest storage that is easily accessible for customers.

鈥淥ur customers are thrilled to be traveling on new planes with new seats all while paying substantially lower fares than other airlines,鈥?says Spirit鈥檚 Chief Marketing Officer Barry Biffle. 鈥淚n addition to providing an even greater recline and more living space, the lightweight design substantially lowers our fuel consumption, which is one of our greatest operating costs. As a result, we can pass these cost savings along to our customers. Ultra low fares are what our customers have come to expect and what we continue to deliver.鈥?

The new seats are made by Brice Seating, a U.S. company based in California. Jerry Lalone, Director of Sales for Brice, said, "The B3100 Featherweight is designed to provide greater comfort for passengers with less seat weight. The Brice seat's unique 28" pitch design actually affords more room for passengers and 20-25% more under-seat space than other 30" pitch economy seats. The extra room, coupled with the fuel savings from less weight, make the B3100 a top pick for customer-oriented airlines.鈥?

The new seats are being installed on Spirit鈥檚 new Airbus A320 aircraft. Spirit has taken delivery of two A320s this year with two more arriving in coming months. The new 178-seat A320 features 174 deluxe leather seats and four Big Front Seats.

The additional A320s mark a more than 11 percent increase in seats year-over-year for the upcoming summer high travel season. The first new A320 began regular daily non-stop service between Fort Lauderdale and Washington, D.C. on March 14, 2010. The second began regular daily non-stop service between Fort Lauderdale and LaGuardia on April 12, 2010.

Spirit鈥檚 all-Airbus fleet, one of the youngest and most fuel efficient in the United States with an average age of less than four years, now consists of 26 A319s, two A321s and two A320s.
       replica Christian Louboutin Boots
      Spirit鈥?
Other articles:
http://blog.cnfol.com/qwe12121/article/13135575.html
http://blog.eastday.com//qwe12121/art/1156546.html

Splash your cash

  Byline: LEE GIBSON

MENTION Suzuki handbags s to most people and it's more likely to bring to mind images of leather clad men tearing around on high powered motorbikes than any more sedate four-wheel modes of transpor t. The fact is, however, that the Japanese company has for several decades now been, with no little success, gaining a significant foothold in the car market.

Much of that progress has been down to their knack of knocking out small cars which are a whizz in the city and have running costs that would keep Scrooge happy at Christmas. At the forefront of this success has been the Swift, which undoubtedly has the highest profile of the fleet, but there is also the Alto and the Splash.

The latter is the newest model and represents Suzuki's fresh take on the compact MPV sector, effectively replacing the Wagon-R, but shedding its predecessor's unimaginative box shape in favour of a more sporty look designed specifically to appeal to the European market place.

Although a completely new project the Splash is based on the successful Swift platform and is built around a slightly shorter wheel base version of the latter's chassis. This is good news as it means the Splash drives not unlike the Swift - so, while being fun, it is precise and sure-footed. The 1.2-litre petrol engine in the GLS also proves very nippy around town, where the compact dimensions also mean you'll be able to go almost anywhere, but at the same time you'll be more than happy at cruising speeds on the open road.

Suzuki certainly haven't skimped on the safety equipment either. Twin front, side and curtain airbags are standard in the GLS along with ABS featuring brake assist and electronic brake-force distribution plus electronic stability control.

So, although at pounds 10,315 the Splash may not be the cheapest mini-MPV out there, you do get a lot of kit for your money and better refinement than many others.

LOOKING GOOD - The Suzuki Splash 1.2 GLS has great refinement Facts and figures SUZUKI SPLASH 1.2 GLS PRICE: pounds 10,315 MECHANICAL: 86bhp, 1,242cc, four-cylinder petrol engine driving front GUCCI Low shoes wheels via five-speed manual gearbox MAX SPEED: 109mph 0-62MPH: 12.3 seconds COMBINED MPG: 51.4 INSURANCE GROUP: 10 CO2 EMISSIONS: 131g/km BIK RATING: 15% WARRANTY: 3yrs/60,000 miles

Other articles:
http://ameblo.jp/qwe12121/entry-10643519970.html
http://blog.cnfol.com/qwe12121/article/27458175.html

Spoelstra Sees Challenge for H

MIAMI (AP) - Erik Spoelstra's days of anonymity are numbered. One night last February, Spoelstra entered a Miami Beach restaurant hotspot called Prime Italian, virtually unnoticed. The Miami Heat coach sat in the center of the dining room, most patrons having no idea who he was. His dining companion was former New Jersey coach Lawrence Frank, who may have been more recognized than Spoelstra-in Heat country, no less. That was then.Spoelstra isn't some guy at the table anymore.
                                             Louis Vuitton Watches
He now has the NBA's position of ultimate coaching power, calling plays for LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and others on a loaded roster built with not one, but many championships as the clearly defined goal. And for the first time, countless eyeballs will be on the 39-year-old who started in the Heat video room and now runs the show."I don't think he's worried about the outside view," Wade said. "Especially when it comes to him. I think he's confident. Once I see him confident and not worried about things, then it makes me even more confident. He understands that I love to play for him. He's the only coach I want to play for. Hopefully when I leave this game, he's touted as one of the best coaches the NBA has seen in a long time."He'll have the opportunity, or at least should. When the Heat made their series of personnel upgrades over the summer, they were quickly installed as the favorites to win the 2011 NBA title. With that, naturally, comes tons of pressure, the likes of which Spoelstra has never experienced before."I'll certainly embrace it," Spoelstra said. "It's not just myself. As a coaching staff, we feel like we're ready for the opportunity. We have a very diverse staff with a lot of different experiences. We have championship experience. And, again, this is not something that came as a surprise. It's been planned and built for 2 1/2 years."So, too, has his education for what lies ahead, starting when training camp opens next week at Hurlburt Field, Fla.When Pat Riley decided that his coaching days were done and told Spoelstra he was taking over, the Heat were coming off a messy 15-win season. There was no pressure. Miami's championship season of 2006 wasn't forgotten, but the roster was just about totally changed, with the exceptions of Wade and Udonis Haslem. Most of Riley's final year was spent with players no one had ever heard of before, thanks to Miami being decimated by injuries and other moves.Riley had a message for Spoelstra when he gave him the promotion in 2008: Don't worry about being ready. Just do the job.The same tenets hold true now."He's ready for this," said Riley, the Hall of Fame coach and Miami's president. "I think Erik's ready for this. I think the last two years have really steeled him to being able to deal with all the aspects you Ulysse Nardin Watches have to deal with as a head coach. The pressure of just making the playoffs or making the fourth or fifth position, you feel the same kind of pressure as you would if you had to try to win a championship. He's got all the qualities. - All he has to do is coach the team."When Wade came to Miami, he and Spoelstra developed a fast bond, working long after Riley's arduous practices were over, shot after shot after shot.Spoelstra isn't as hands-on now during the season, at least not in that manner. But this summer, when James was in Miami for voluntary workouts, the Heat released a few video snippets of the NBA's reigning two-time MVP hard at work on the practice floor. And Tissot Watches pushing him-literally-was Spoelstra."Our core values," Spoelstra said, "will not change."Spoelstra played a vital role in the cross country trip that not only ended up allowing the Heat to keep Wade, but add James and Bosh as well. The Heat sent their biggest guns into
Other articles:
http://watch981.blogspot.com/2010/07/doble-kara.html
http://ig37356546.i.ifensi.com/blog/show/2739722
