Ami: Oh gosh, I am finding myself envious of others and their achievements, plus what they have and whatsoever!

I seriously have to focus again and regain my direction in life. It must have been possible that I am too free at the moment or too caught up with other people's business! o(；△；)o

Seriously, I gotta convince myself that the envy towards others should be actively generating positive vibes and motivation to strive harder. Though I must say I was totally blown away by Zhang Jingna's achievements and how close she got to the world of fashion, I should fess up to myself and see that it is not my chosen career path.

Aoi: Ami, you need to refocus and clear up the mess in your life. Plus, having any feelings towards the guy that did not appreciate you for your presence is pretty much pathetic... It is okay that you feel weak now.. Wise up and toughen yourself up. You have to love yourself and the inner confidence will radiate for someone better to treasure you. No use being so harsh to the outer world since it does not help when the two of us are staring each other down.. Just know that I am there for you. So be it if people think that we have issues as a Gemini twin. We get to live a normal life and not go mad since we have each other to talk to. Also, we need to get ourselves busy and really move on with our lives. Don't you think that all the envy is getting a little counterproductive in that we end up not focusing on our priorities like work, school and relationships? This is indeed something that we have to ponder over and sleep on! First thing to achieve is definitely to get to sleep now, have enough positive energy to channel positive thoughts! Glad we had a talk here. (≡^∇^≡) Okay, night time for both of us!

Today, I sat for the JLPT N4 exam.. After all the delays from my studies from when I was 13, I can say with pride that things have changed for the better ten years later.

The exam was relatively easy to complete. I guess it is all thanks to the preparatory class that I went to. It made me well-prepared to handle the test today. I guess I will do the same the next time! о(ж＞▽＜)ｙ ☆

While it has been rewarding to know that one of my students has received the highest recognition in her academic achievements through my coaching; I received one feedback from another student saying that my teaching approach is harsh.

That has taken me aback as I spent time explaining the question to that student. I had stopped her own version of explanation in time as it was clearly wrong (which is where I believe the parent felt I was harsh). I take pride in my work as an educator committed in my delivery of tutoring but it is just plain sad that the particular student is very sensitive.

If I had indeed been overly easygoing, it might have done the student much harm in her preparation as she would not be able to grasp concepts with her usual self-confusion habit. It was even more sad that it was the tuition agent who contacted me directly. I seriously believe that the agent had not tried to speak for me and accepted the request from the parent for the sake of earning the commission another time.

Verdict: I would be dedicating more time to students who truly appreciate me for my teaching since they have benefitted from it and are getting me to tutor them. My loved ones have advised me to get over it and I guess I would happily do so. I just have to view those clients as fools who fail to appreciate gems. Isn't it clearly so?

it is my first week of studies. i hope snort-kun stops being friends with me... it is a headache having to sniff and sneeze everytime (wow, the previous sentence rhymes.. bet it sounds better auto-tuned...)
