Its summer after all and we are looking for that banging body! Six pack for the guys as well as nicetoned abs for women. I've been hitting the gym lately at 24hr Fitness in Pleasant Hill, Ca. Honestly i'm kinda lazy goingto the gym but i've been trying to get it started.

Although in the United States the male perspective of a good body can be different than the perspective many men have in Asia. I just need to get lean and toned. None of that crazy ripped ass steriod shit everyone in America thinks looks good.
