<![CDATA[ <p>練習内容</p><p>動き作り</p><p>三段跳</p><p>やり投げ</p><p><br></p><p>感想</p><p>三段はだいぶ本質を掴んできたので自分の中のイメージを少しずつ体に落とし込んで慣らしていく。ここで雑に積み上げない。やり投げをだいきに教えてもらった。今のところはやりはできるだけ頭の横につけたまま限界になったら離す、内旋と外旋を連動させる、やりはめっちゃ長いことを意識くらい。投げる直前で一瞬肩を引いて投げるやつを習得できれば結構伸びそうだと思った。</p>

<title>6月22日　時代はダブル</title>
