I went to Himeji for work.
I've asked Mr.O to have dinner together after that. He is a regular there. That's where he does music live..

Dishes also drinks are so good. Automatically I must have a good appetite.And I've known he is a heavy drinker . I also got drunk toooo much like feeling sick. I turned 31 on a train as in such terrible condition.have to keep watching myself as an adult woman.

The other side I feel good. He understands me very well. He isn't pushy but tell big something to push me. He took me to one musical instrument shop. I've disliked the owner before. I was stupid. I understand why his shop is growing up so much. He took a long time to talk with me and encourage how I go.

How lucky I am! I'm blessed with great people.

and that's unforgettable birthday.

But I think it's "a vanilla ice cream cobbler "with just a bit apple.
It's big enough! I think I get a real one in the original place,USA!!

たっぷり家にいただいた♪
We got a lot.

まずは"粕汁。
鮭か鰤のがいいけど今回は豚で。あったまる
First, soup.
I like it with salmon or yellowtail, this time , with pork.It really makes me warm.

何気に、"大根の皮と春菊とベーコンのかき揚げ" がめちゃくちゃ美味しくできた♪
Kakiage of daikon & shungiku & bacon was nicely crunchy cooked♪


そして、前に感激した日本酒ケーキを目指して、"熟柿と黒豆の酒粕パウンドケーキ"
Second,Pound cake with ripen persimmon & black beans. I try to make like a Japanese SAKE cake which have impressed me before

かなーりお酒なのは◎柿があまりわからない。甘くなさ過ぎ？改良を試みたい。What's good is that I c feel SAKE a lot. Isn't it sweet enough ? I will try making it better next.


昔ながらの"焼き酒粕"。
憶えてないだけかもやけど、初トライ。

しようと思う！
Third, Toasted one with sugar.
I can't remember if I have had it, maybe first time I try.

Unusually we caught up earlier , had brunch there, where I have been just passing through for a long time.
The chef is my old friend I haven't seen over a dacade. I see photos of their menu looks delicious he often uploads on FB. it made me want to go there!

予想外にボリュームたっぷりのガレット、おーいしーーーー!!(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
サービスしてくれた有機人参スープもすばらしい。ユニークな名前の白黒パンや、大きめカップの珈琲と、こんなに充実してるなんて!!
これは通いたい。
A galette is bigger than I expected and delicious!!! Organic carrot soup he gifted is nice as well.White & black bread have unique name and a big cup of coffee... how fruitful !!
I wanna go there often!!

予想外に鉄板に乗ってきたハンバーグをメインに、いーっぱいブチパン食べた!!(´∀｀=)何個食べたかわからへん‼アハハ((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
Unexpectedly, a main dish, hamburg was on a heated iron plate. With it I had plenty if mini breads. I don't know how many I had.lol

こはちゃんも食べてた♪ラブリー過ぎるっ♪隣のイケメン風を振り返って見てたのもウケた(´∀｀=)
She also had breads. How lovely she is ! She was staring at looks cool guy next us, it made me laugh♡
