<![CDATA[ 印象的なスピーチ、２つめです。<br><br>Kelly McGonigal: How to make stress your friend <br><iframe width="480" height="270" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RcGyVTAoXEU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br><br>「"ストレス"は、<br>何かチャレンジをするときに<br>身体を強くするために協力してくれる<br>お友達のような存在」<br><br>なるほどなぁと思います。<br><br>私はあがり症なので、何かにチャレンジするとき、<br>どうしようもなくドキドキしてしまいます。<br><br>でも、そんなときに「あぁ、どうしよう＞＜」って思うのではなくて、<br>「心臓がドキドキするのは、頭にたくさん酸素を送ってくれてるから。<br>私の体も一緒にこのチャレンジに立ち向かってくれてるんだな、<br>一人じゃないんだ！」なんて思えたら、心強いだろうな。<br><br>発想の転換ってとても大事。<br><br><br>それにしても、Kellyさんのスピーチとっても素敵です。<br>外見はもちろんのこと、観客の心をしっかりつかみ、<br>生物学的な話しをうまく噛み砕いてお話されていらっしゃる。<br><br>勉強になります。

<![CDATA[ 最近見た動画で印象的だったもの。<br><br>The Skill of Self Confidence: Dr. Ivan Joseph at TEDxRyersonU <br><iframe width="480" height="270" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/w-HYZv6HzAs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br><br>"Self contidence"<br><br>物事を成し遂げるために必要なもの、<br>「できるよ！！」と自分自身を信じなきゃ。<br><br>Self confidenceを得るためには、<br>"Repetition, Repetition, Repetition!!!"<br>繰り返し、繰り返しが大事。<br>何回でも取り組むんだ。<br><br>誰かが"No"と言っても受け入れちゃいけないよ。<br>出来るって信じるんだ。<br><br>"I am a captain of my ship.<br>And master of my fate."<br><br><br><br>気持ちを奮い立たせて、もっとやったろう！！！<br>そんな風に思わせてくれるスピーチ。<br>心が折れそうなときこそ、<br>自分で自分自身を支えなきゃなと思う。<br><br>よーし。
