With the departure of Donovan McNabb to Washington, it seem that Philadelphia was making a statement about who their trust was going to placed on for this season, to guide them to the top seats of the NFC East division. With a salary of $12.25 million, all fingers pointed at Kevin Kolb -a player that arrived in 2007 as a long-term project- to be the chosen one. During the preseason doubts where quickly dissipated and the assumptions seemed to be now facts.

The awaited debut for Kolb as starting QB came with the season opener against Green Bay, which unfortunately for him, he couldn?t complete due to a concussion suffered in the second quarter that forced him to be withdrawn. The game was lost 27-20.

With Kolb out, it was Vick?s turn to see action, and even though he was able to end up the game ?where he played the last two quarters-with 175 passing yards and one touchdown, his numbers were not sufficient to prevent the defeat.

The week after Vick continued to replace Kolb as a precaution of ( as a measure to make Kolb's health a priority since he suffered a concussion during his last game) the concussion suffered, while they waited for the medical results. His numbers from the previous game against the Packers were doubled versus Detroit -284 passing yards and two touchdowns-, and on this game they did contribute to the first win of the season 35-32.

Vick?s great performance has impressed Reid, who thinks that his QB is playing ?out of his mind right now?, which was a reason good enough for him to make the public announcement that confirms Vick as the starter for Week 3 game against the Jaguars. Questioned about his call, Reid replied that as the coach ?it is my obligation to make the proper decision?. And his judgment dictates Vick?s strengths are the solution for the problems that the offensive line is facing, as he has more mobility, in contrast to Kolb whose strength is his accuracy.

Avoiding controversy, Kolb has said that ?I want to be out there. I feel like I'm a starter in this league but at the same time I'm a team player, I want to do what's best for our team and do what I can for Mike.?

To do exercise today leads to a different quality of life tomorrow, what about doing other decisions? To be exactly, every decision you make will have a great impact to your life in your future. As sticking with exercise over a prolonged period of time will lead to many more long-term benefits and a better quality of life, so does your persevering in the decisions you make lead to a long-term better future and a higher quality of life.

No matter whether you realize it or not, you are always sowing the seeds of tomorrow. But the precondition is to have a clear vision about the future you desire, and to consciously decide on the actions you take to achieve it.

Then, how does a dream board help?

Dream board, or called inspiration board and vision board, is simply a collage of pictures of what you want your future to look like that generates emotion and elicits deep feeling. It creates a spark of life, gets you excited, motivates you to take action, and keeps your mind in tune to the world around you as to how you can create it.

Dreaming is not simply child?s play. Dreaming and believing are the first steps in creating anything. Think about it?would we ever have put a man on the moon if we never had dreamed it was possible? The same is true of your life. Whatever you wish to achieve, you must first see it and believe it on the inside before you can ever achieve it on the outside. That?s why creating a vision is the first step in creating the future you desire.

The cool thing about your vision is that you don?t have to worry about how you?re going to create it. You only have to focus on the ?what? and the ?how to? will present itself along the way. In short, creating a dream board or vision board is very similar to writing out your goals in life, except a vision invokes more emotion then simply writing out your goals. And putting it in the places up to attention and reminds you of the goals every day, you will find the power of it.

Domestically, this principle is sometimes reconciled with sovereignty by seeing the people as sovereign and the only power a public body has is that which has been specifically authorized by the constitution which has been agreed (or at least accepted) by the sovereign people. Raising such questions means that the international community would have to take domestic constitutions seriously. State international representatives would be seen as just that: representatives, with only the power they have been given. Methodologically, the question of what powers public bodies exercise will become a matter of international as well as domestic constitutional law. This will automatically introduce critical elements of domestic constitutional content and doctrine into international law. In the other direction, the actual limitations on state power caused by globalization and the increasing domestic reach of treaties will mean that international doctrine and methodology will infuse domestic law in all forms. As the walls between states break down so will the walls between domestic public law and public international law.

By the same token, the growing reach of international business and the growing recognition of international agencies mean that public and private international law will be increasingly linked. Domestic corporate law will at least be linked, and probably fused, with the new emerging global public law. If anything, it actively encourages human rights abuses by rewarding the successful exercise of force to secure dominion over a particular territory. It rewards those who mount anti democratic coups. It rewards those who rig elections. It rewards those who intimidate the population or who rule through and for one ethnic or social group against others.

If sovereignty is seen as extending only over those to whom the sovereign power is democratically accountable, then this principle provides members of any group over which that sovereign power is claimed a right to democratic participation. It also accords a right to those who have been excluded to democratic participation in that or another state. Sovereignty is no longer the recognition of a power over a people but the collective right of a people to participate in, and benefit from, an independent political community, participating as an equal in the community of nations. To put it another way, sovereignty becomes a human right.

The fact that the group in power is only seen as representing those whose consent it has sought and to whom it is accountable has important consequences for international legal personality. Initially only states had international legal personality. The above paradigm shift would change the nature of the international legal personality of states. The excluded groups consent is not sought and to who the group in power is not accountable have a right to demand full participation in the processes by which consent is sought and accountability delivered. If that right is denied, then the group in power does not have the right to represent them in the international community. This provides a lacuna which the excluded people have a right to fill and gives those who represent the excluded a particularly important right to be heard. A form of international legal personality has to be extended to such representatives. If the group in power prevents the emergence of such groups, the right to be heard is not extinguished; the individual members of the excluded group retain it. The attempt to silence the representatives of excluded groups would only have the effect of giving every member of the excluded group a right to be heard in international forums.
