今日がこの旅の最終日。これから成田行きに乗ります。
この旅をして本当に良かったです。
出会いに恵まれ、お天気に恵まれ、悪いことも起こらず、ただただ感謝です。

Today is my last day of this travel. I will head to Japan now.

そのへんの食堂の食事。これで200円くらい。
A typical food in a diner. This costs around 2 USD.

チャイ。使い捨ての素焼の器に入れてくれます。だいたい10円くらい。
Chai is served in a disposable pottery and costs around 10 cents.

こちらはアグラ城。

タージマハルを作った王様が晩年幽閉されていた場所からのタージマハルの眺め。

ガイドさんが情熱たっぷりにタージマハルができた経緯を説明してくれました。

偉大な王様だったアクバル大帝の孫のシャージャハーンは、3番目の妻のムムターズさんを熱愛していて、彼女が39歳で亡くなるとき、二人には14人の子供がいたそうです（育ったのは7人）。
ムムターズさんは、死ぬ直前に、3つの約束を王様にお願いしました。
愛を証明するために巨大な墓を建ててほしい。
私の死んだ後二度と結婚しないでほしい。
私の子供を大事にしてほしい。
で、タージマハルが作られたのだそう。

ガイドさんには自信たっぷりに、イイ話でしょ！？と言われたんだけど、いい話かな、これ・・・。文化の違いですね。。

My guide explained the background of Taj Mahal.
A ground son of Akubal the great, Shah Jahan loved his third wife very much.
When she died in her 39, they had 14 children. 
She asked the king to promise three things.

To prove his love, build a great tomb for her.
Never get married again.
Take care of their children.

So, the king built this big beautiful tomb.

象にのりましたよ！ I rode on a elephant!

ジャンタル・マンタルという、300年前に作られた天文観測施設。これは日時計で、なんと2秒単位で読めるのです。
This is an astoronomical observation.  The equipment on the following picture is a sun dial. You can know detailed time by 2 seconds from this.

風の宮殿。昔、高貴な女性がお祭りを見学するために作られた建物だそう。
The wind palace. In the past, ladies having higher status saw festivals at this building.

ヒンズー教の寺院。どんちゃか賑やかです。
A temple of Hindu religion. It looks gala.

インドに来るとステンドクラスもちょっと違います。
The unique glasses.

Old Delhi.

ラージ・ガート。ガンディが荼毘に付された場所に記念碑があります。この火はずっと燃やされているのだとか。
Raj Ghat which is a cremation monument of Gandi. This fire is burning eternally.


フユマーン廟。世界遺産です。
Humayun's Tomb. One of the world heritages.

クトゥブ・ミーナール。これも世界遺産。世界遺産っていっぱいありますね・・・
Qutb Minar. This is a world heritage as well.

屋台のジュース。インドじゃなかったら飲むのにな…。

毎朝５時に起きて、６時からゲームドライブ（動物をジープで見に行く）をし、９時に帰って来て、また４時からゲームドライブをして、８時に帰ってくる、というスケジュールです。
ここは本当に素晴らしいです！動物が超近くで見れます。ご飯が本当においしい。スタッフが素晴らしい。その上、毎食違う演出をしてくれます。

I waked up 5 am, left for Game drive at 6am, returned at 9am, left for 2nd Game drive again at 4pm, returned at 8pm everyday.
This is amazing place.I have not expected that I could have such a close look of animals. Te quality of rangers are highly beyond expectation. And,the hospitality of staff members are excellent,  foods are really great. Surprises never end, literally.

これがライオンズヘッド。テーブルマウンテンから見るとこんな感じです。
This is Lion's head from Table mountain.

ガイドのお姉さん。ウクライナから５年前に移住してきたのだそう。
She is my guide, very nice and capable person,  Olga. She was from Ukraine 5 years ago.

プロテア。南アフリカの国花だそう。
Protea Cynaroides which is the national flower of South Africa.

喜望峰　Cape of good hope

タウンシップという、アパルトヘイト時代の居留区にも行きました。
I visited a town of underprivileged people build inthe period of Apartheid.
これはドイツの２大学とアメリカの１大学が協力して進めているボランティアプロジェクトだそうで、子供のための劇場を作っています。
This is a project proceeded by two German universities and one American university. Students come here and built a theater for children as a volunteer work.

最後は、チョコレートとワインとチーズがテイスティングできるワイナリーへ。
At the end, I visited a winery which offers Wine and Cheese and Chocolate tasting.

飛行機でしか来れないくらい、周りに何もないので、星がすごいです。天の川がくっきり。
しかも、天文学者が滞在していて、望遠鏡を使って毎晩空を見せてくれます。
The sky here is splendid. Just wonderful. It is exactly the middle of nowhere, there is no light. I could see the milky way. An astronomer is staying here, he showed customers many planets and stars with a good telescope.

早朝、ナミブ砂漠の砂丘を登りに行きました。
In the early morning, we went to climb dunes.

朝食は砂丘の近くで。 卵まで焼いてくれました。
The ranger set a breakfast table nearby dunes. He cooked eggs for us there.

渓谷。雨季には水が流れるそう。
Canyon nearby dunes. It has water in the rain season.

夕方、サンセットを見るために、今度は車で砂丘を登ります。
In the evening, we climbed dunes by 4WD car.

朝のハイキングは、近くの洞窟に壁画を見に行きました。
Morning hiking was wonderful as well. I climbed a hill to see paintings on the wall which is 1000 years ago.

I will be back in Amman tomorrow.

死海。水の流入が減って、このままでは２０４０年くらいには干上がってしまうのだそうです。
Dead Sea. It is a sad news, but it will disappear by 2040 due to water flow decreasing.

ネボ山。モーセが神の啓示を受けた山です。
Mt. Nebo. Moses got a message from God at this mountain.

キリストがヨハネから洗礼を受けた場所、ヨルダン川です。
Baptism site of Christ. Jordan river.

アンマン。桜が咲いてました。
Amman.I found a cherry blossoms.
