We want at first in my hometown to see sunrise, but today weather was completely cloud. after back my home we had breakfast Nepali bread with eggs and tea. Then we came back Pokhara to visited Bindabasini temple, Old Bazar, Waterfall and cave.
We had lunch together tripical nepali resturant, Dal bhat with buffalo curry. Hopefully they enjoyed this trip very much....

最初は私の故郷で日の出を見たいと思っていましたが、今日の天気は完全に曇りでした。 家に帰った後、朝食にネパールのパンと卵とお茶をいただきました。 その後、ポカラに戻り、ビンダバシニ寺院、オールドバザール、滝、洞窟を訪れました。

三種のネパール料理、ダルバットとバッファローカレーを一緒にランチしました。 うまくいけば、彼らはこの旅行をとても楽しんだ....

The trail follows a small winding path. Landscape Chand suddenly turns into a rugged alpine landscape with stunning views of Mardi Himal, Machapuchare, Annapurna South and Himturi. In about 3-4 hours from the high camp 3580m we were able to climb to Mardi Himal base camp and get a magnificent view of the whole Annapurna Mountains.

one hour drive from Pokhara to Kande
1 days kande to Pitamu Deulari-2100m
2-days Pitam Duralli to Forest Camp 2550m
3 days forest camp to low camp 2990m
4 days low camp to high camp 3580m
 5 days high camp to mardi himal base camp-4500m and return to High Camp
6 days siding-1850m
7-day lumle to Pokhara by car 3 hours
マルディヒマルと印象的なマチャプチャレ山baseのマルディヒマルベースキャンプに行く登山者はほとんどいません。 トレイルは小さな曲がりくねった道をたどります。 ランドスケープチャンドは突然、マルディヒマル、マチャプチャレ、アンナプルナサウス、ヒムチュリの見事な景色を備えた険しい山岳風景に変わります。 3580mの高いキャンプから約3〜4時間で、マルディヒマルベースキャンプに登り、アンナプルナ山脈全体の壮大な景色を見ることができました。

ポカラからナヤプルまで車で1時間３０分くらいです。

ナヤプルからは歩きです。

日の出がとても綺麗に見えます。

４日目tadapani2600m

5日目pokhara820m

5日間のトレッキングです。
