アルバイト先の家電量販店で、今月から部門の順位を決める事になった。
適切な人事評価をする為に作られるようだが、やってみると色々と問題点が見えてきた。
。

評価方法
１１人のメンバーを売り上げとプロセス評価（品出し、担当売り場の管理、日々の勤務態度）の２軸で評価を行い。それぞれ個人ごとに順位を付けて提出。リーダーが集計し総合評価を出した。


結局、好き嫌いで評価されてないか？

個別につけた順位を見てみると、好き嫌いで順位がついている印象となった。

人が付ける順位のため、飛び抜けて売上が高くない限り、好きか嫌いかといった部分での評価が重要になっていた。

公平な評価とは？

上司だけでなく、同僚からも好かれる人が、高い順位にいくので良いシステムである。

今回の評価では、売上の高い人ではなく、周りを見て落ち着いて作業している人が高い評価となっていた。

個人的には、このようにすべきと書いて頂いた意見は参考になった。

別の人はこのようにすべきという意見に不快感を示す人がいた。そのような人は総じて順位がひくかった。
リーダーとなった時には、下位の順位となった人へのフォローは忘れてはならない

また、無記名での投書ではなかったので、無駄な人間関係の歪みを生んでしまっていた。
全体に公表される事が無いと考え、素直に順位を付けた人は、少し気まずい思いをしていた。

正当な評価の難しさ・・

今回の事で、正当な評価が出来る人事システムは難しいと感じた。

数字での評価であれば、販売のみし、管理は別の人に押しつけている人がよくなってしまう。

一方で、上司だけの評価であれば、上司受けの良い人だけが高い評価になってしまう。

ロジカルシンキングの重要な項目について

・『ピラミッドツリー』

結論に対して、ピラミッド状に根拠を付け加え結論を支える事。

＜例＞（結論）おすすめは牛丼です。と結論づける。

さらに結論を支えるために１、安い　２、早い　３、うまい　を付け加える。

そして、結論をより強固なものにする為に理由を追加する。

「安い」であれば外国産の牛肉を大量入荷しており、仕入れのコストを抑えられる。などである

・『演繹法、帰納法』

演繹法（並列型）・・ある事象から共通項を見つけ結論づける方法

＜例＞a君はPSPを持っている。b君はDSを持っている　c君はwiiを持っている。

だから僕はゲーム機が欲しい

帰納法（直列型）
・・ある事象からそれが当てはまる事を見つけ結論づける方法

＜例＞今日は木曜日だ。ポケモンは木曜日にやっている。今日はポケモンがTVでやっている。



podcastでは紹介を省かれていました。本書では下記の項目について紹介されているとの事。
・ロジックツリー
・マトリック
・MECE（もれなく、だぶりなく)（相互に排他的な項目）

これらを意識して使ってみれば、論理的に考える力がつくのではないでしょうか？
