<title>境界の町で---「膜」を介して被災地に触れる</title>

<![CDATA[ 言葉が、深く、読み手の心に沁（し）み入ってくる。ずんずん突き刺さるのでも、がんがん飛び込んでくるのでもなく、じわり、と膜を通して浸潤してくる。そんな本だ。<br>　著者は原発事故の被災地に通い続け、現地の人たちとちょっと不思議で濃密な交流を続けてきた。そこで経験した生活や交わした言葉の記録である。だが、生々しい感覚はない。著者自身も描かれる側に置かれる。<br>　原発作業員の元締をやっている下請け会社の社長と懇意になって愛を告白したり、その社長の父親が国政選挙に立候補するのを手伝ったり、震災ニートの若者から１０万字のメールを受け取ったり。<br>　相当深くどっぷりと現地と関わっているのだが、描かれた出来事や人物と、描く著者との間には、薄い皮というか膜が一枚はさまっているような感じがする。淡々と描く、というのとも、ちょっと違う。<br>　登場人物の感情を直接表す場面や表現が少ない。著者自身について描写するときでも、そうである。現地にどっぷり浸（つ）かる著者と、その自分を突き放して見ている著者と、両方の視点が交錯する。ちょっと失礼な表現になるが、この交錯が読み手に、まるで著者が幽体離脱しているような印象を与え、描かれている世界とこちら側との間に薄いけれども突き抜けることのできない強固な膜を現出させる。<br>　「<a href="http://zaira.jimab.net/e885567.html ">境界の町</a>」とは、もちろん、警戒区域とそうでない<a href="http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/mustdo/diary/201407230000/">地域</a>の「境界」だが、書き手によって描かれた<a href="http://damari.mihanblog.com/post/1">世界</a>と読み手との間にも「境界」がある。著者はそれを言葉で描くのではなく、その存在そのものを読み手に<a href="http://debby.loxblog.com/post/2/Smelting%20The%20Golds.htm">直接感</a>じ取らせることに成功している。<br>　<a href="http://halley.forumbuild.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&amp;t=2">この境界</a>は、ときには読み手の側の人間を無関心や忘却へと誘うが、一方で、これを意識することで、ぼくたち「よそ者」が被災地と<a href="http://indyarocks.com/blog/1687803/Smelting-Skilling-Guide">触れ続</a>ける装置としても作動する。これからの日本に必要な半透膜なのではなかろうか。

<title>踏切事故ゼロへ　県交通安全対策協議会　横浜駅でキャンペーン</title>

<title>「じゃあ、ほんのちょびっとだぞ」</title>

<![CDATA[ ウサギがあんまりしつこいので、太郎はしかたなく、 <br>「じゃあ、ほんのちょびっとだぞ」 <br>と、なべをウサギにわたしました。 <br>　ウサギは、うれしそうにおかゆを食いはじめ、 <br>「あち、あち、あちいがうまい、いやあ、うまい！　じつにうまい！　ああ、うまかった。さようなら」 <br>　ウサギはなべをかえすと、あっというまに山へ帰ってしまいました。 <br>　太郎がなべの中を見ると、なんと、からっぽです。 <br>　こうしてウサギは、人のいい太郎をだまして、おかゆをみんな食べてしまいました。 <br>　おじいさんが帰ってくると、太郎はなべをかかえたまま、ションボリしています。 <br>「太郎、おめえ、なにしてるだ？」 <br>「あっ、じいさま。ウサギにおかゆを食われちまっただ」 <br>　これには、おじいさんもガッカリです。 <br>　よく朝、おじいさんは、山へ出かけるまえに太郎にいいました。 <br>「太郎、きょうは、ウサギにおかゆを食われるでねえぞ」 <br>「うん、だいじょうぶだ」 <br>　<a href="http://wowging.mihanblog.com/post/2">太郎</a>は、きょうこそおかゆをたらふく食おうと、はりきって作りはじめました。 <br>　そしてタ方。 <br>「ウサギがきたって、もうぜったいにやんねえぞ！」 <br>　ところがまた、ウサギがきました。 <br>「あっ、おめえのおかげで、きのうはひどいめにあったぞ。とっとと帰れ！」 <br>　するとウサギは、まじめな顔をしていいました。 <br>「そんなこといってる場合じゃないぞ。おまえのじいさまがな、山でたおれておったど」 <br>「えっ！　ほんとうか？　<a href="http://wowing.allmyblog.com/2-cleric-guidebook-for-healing-using-the-devoted-cleric.html">そりゃあた</a>いへんだ！」 <br>　太郎はビックリして、なにもかもほうりだすと、山ヘ走っていきました。 <br>　その後ろすがたを見送りながら、ウサギはニンマリ。

150%;">いかに悪い出来事でも、何か一つは良いことをもたらすのだろうか。中東の混乱は世界の一大災厄だが、その災厄はこの地域への関心を高めている。一五年前にアメリカで公刊され、注目を集めた大作が翻訳されることになったのも、その表れだろう。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　本書はアメリカ人歴史家が第一次世界大戦期の中東をめぐる国際情勢についてイギリスを軸として描き出した書物である。今日まで続く中東の混乱は、大戦中の欧米列強の政策、なかんずくイギリスのそれに起因するのであり、その誤算と失敗の数々が醒（さ）めた筆致で語られる。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　 アラブ人の反トルコ運動を強化するためにアラビア半島のフサインをアラブの指導者と認めたフサイン<span style="font-family: &quot;MS Mincho&quot;;">・</span>マクマホン協定を結ぶ一方で、仏露と戦後の権益を分割したサイクス<span style="font-family: &quot;MS Mincho&quot;;">・</span>ピコ<span style="font-family: &quot;MS Mincho&quot;;">・</span>サゾノフ協定を結び、更にユダヤ人の支持を獲得するためにパレスチナへのユダヤ人植民を支援するバルフォア宣言を発した。第一次世界大戦が終わってみるとこれらの空証文の矛盾が噴出するのは当然だった。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　本書から浮かび上がってくるのは、イギリスを始めとする当時の欧米人の中 東地域に対する無知と傲（おご）りである。本国政府の関心は、戦況に有利なように現地社会を利用し、戦後の権益を獲得することであった。しかし専門家と称される人々すら、トルコの支配やイスラム社会の基本的知識を欠いており、できあがった政策はご都合主義的な判断の集積であった。「戦争を終えるための戦 争」と宣伝された第一次世界大戦は、実は大戦前の「平和」を永遠に失わせた「和平」しかもたらさなかったというのが本書の皮肉なタイトルの由来である。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　 しかし本書はイギリスを始めとする狡猾（こうかつ）な<a href="http://choosing.nation2.com/index.php?page=1421271361">外部世界</a>が純朴な現地<a href="http://choosing.nation2.com/index.php?page=1421259016">社会</a>をだましたというような単純な<a
