https://ameblo.jp/suntzu556/ 孫子の究極の勝ち方、「戦わずして勝つこと」そのために相手の事を徹底的に知る。それはまさしく「思いやり」ですから、この「優しさ・思いやり」に焦点をあてて、私なりに孫子を解釈して行こうと思います。 ja 道とは、民をして上と意を同じくせしむる者なり。故にこれと死すべく、これと生くべくして、危（うたが）わざるなり。
天とは、陰陽、寒暑、時制なあり。
地とは、遠近、険易、広狭、生死なり。
将とは、智、信、仁、勇、厳なり。
法とは、曲制、官道、主用なり。
凡そこの五者は、将は聞かざることなきも、これを知る者は勝ち、知らざるものは勝たず。
故にこれを校（くら）ぶるに計を以てして、その情を求む。曰く、主、いずれか有道なる、将、いずれか有能なる、天地いずれか得たる、法令、いずれか行われる、兵衆、いずれか強き、士卒いずれか練（なら）いたる、賞罰、いずれかあきらかなると。これを以て勝負をしる。

【Japanese】

５つの項目とは、①道、②天、③地、④将、⑤法のこと。
①道とは、人民を統治者とが同じ気持ちになすもの。そうすることで国民は統治者を信じ、生死を国家とともにするようになる。
②天とは、日向と影、暑い寒い、そしてタイミングのことである。
③地とは、その土地が遠い近い、険しいか易いか、広いか狭いか、高いか低いかのこと。
④将とは、智才、誠信、仁慈、勇敢、威厳のこと。
⑤法とは、軍隊の編制、官職の治め方、主軍の用い方などである。
この５事柄について知らない将軍はいないが、これをきちんと理解し実践できる者は勝ち、実践できない者は勝てない。

であるから、これらを比べ推し量り、その実情を把握する。
すなわち、
１、どちらの君主が人心を得ているか？
２、将軍はどちらが優秀か？
３、天候、気候条件、立地条件、タイミングはどちらに部があるか？
４、法令、規律はどちらがしっかり守られているか？
５、軍隊はどちらが強いか？
６、一人一人の兵卒はどちらがよく鍛えられているか？
７、賞罰はどちらが明確か？
この７項目を比較することでたたかう前に勝つか負けるかを判断するのである。

Five items are way, heaven, ground, general, and law.
①The way is the things which make the feeling of the people same as the ruler.By doing so, the people believe the ruler, and come to do life and death with the nation.
②The heaven is light and shadow, hot and cold, and the timing.
③Ground is distance(far or near), steep or flat, wide or narrow, high or low?
④ Intelligence, honesty, benevolence, bravery, and dignity of general.
⑤The law is a formation of military forces, hows to govern the government post, and how　to use a main army.
Al though there is no general who doesn't know these five matters, the person who can practice it win and the person who cannot practice it dose not.

Then, by compared and measured the following question, the situation is understood correctly.
That is,
1.Which monarch is obtaining men's minds?
2.Which general is better?
3.For which the weather, the climatic condition, conditions of location, and timing are benefitting?
4.Which is firmly defended the law and the rules?
5.Which military forces is stronger?
6.Which individual soldier are forged well?
7.Which of rewards and punishments is clear?
By these seven items are compared it will be judged whether to win or to be defeated before it fights .

①La manera las cosas son que hace el sentimiento de las personas mismo como el ruler. Hace así, las personas creen al gobernante y vienen a hacer vida y muerte con la nación.

②el cielo es ligero y sombrea, caliente y frío y el cronometrando. .

⑤la ley es una formación de fuerzas militares , como gobernar el gubernamental y cómo usar un ejército principal .
Al aunque hay ningún general que no conoce estas cinco materias, la persona que puede practicarlo gana y la persona que no puede practicarlo no dosifica . Entonces, para comparar y midiar la pregunta siguiente, la situación se entiende correctamente .
Es decir,
1.Quien monarca está obteniendo a las mentes de la gente?
2.Que general es mejor?
3. Para quien el tiempo, la condición climática, condiciones de situación, y cronometrando está beneficiando?
4. Quien hacer la ley y las reglas mejor? 5. Que fuerzas militares son más fuertes?
6. Quien soldado individual es bien falsificado?
7. De quien premios y castigos están claros ?
Por estos siete artículos se compara se juzgará si ganar o ser derrotado antes de que luche .

中国の古典にはあんまり関心が無かった私が初めて孫子を手にしたのは5年前、「ザ・プロフィット」という本の中に孫子の記述があったのがきっかけでした。

初めて読んだ時、今まで読んだ本とは全くちがう感覚でした。

とてもシンプルで、読むとなんだっと言った感じなのに、その一句一句が頭のどこかに引っかかる。

そして、策略の書でありながら、どこか心が優しくなる。

不思議な感覚でした。

以来、私の隣には常に孫子がいるようになりました。

時に音読し、その音の美しさに感動し、

たった２０００字あまりの言葉で戦いの全てをまとめたその簡潔さに感動し。。。

読み進めて行くうちに私は「孫子」という本は兵法書でありながら、策略の書でありながら、

実は、人に対する思いやりの法を徹底的に追求した書なのではないかと思うようになりました。

孫子はいかにして戦わずして勝つか？を一貫して追求してます。

そして、そのために自分を知って、相手を知ること

「彼れをしりて己れを知れば、勝乃ちあやうからず。」

そしてとらえた兵はあつく遇すること。

最高の勝ち方はあまりにも当たり前で、誰もそれが勝ちだとは分からないで勝つ事。

見方をかえれば、その勝ち方は相手が負けたと思わないで勝つ事。

そして勝つと行く事は相手を負かすという事ではなく、相手に負けたと言う思いを抱かせることなく、

いつの間にか自分の望む展開を実現すること。

そう考えて行くと、

「相手の気分を害すことなく、自分の思いを実現すること。」

つまり、今のことばでいうウィンウィンの関係を築くこと、へとたどり着きます。

そのために相手の事を徹底的に知る。

それはまさしく「思いやり」と言う事になるのではないでしょうか？

そう考えて行くと「孫子」は策略の書でありながら、その背景には人を思いやる、というとっても暖かい背景があるような感じがします。

多分、私が最初に感じた、心が優しくなる感覚は多分そのためではないかと思います。

ですから、このブログでは孫子のこの背景の「優しさ」に焦点をあてて、私なりに孫子を解釈して行こうと思います。
