Today i talked with my lov friend after the meeting

The meeting made me very tired but chatting was very relaxing & inspiring me

i dont have some good points

but the people who i met and how i met is the only thing anybody cant do without me

i proud of it

Sometimes i cant understand myself

do i want to be a creater?

do i want to be an editer?

do i want to be a worker?

when i dream my future, i always imagine my daily life such as doing housework, relaxing in my room, the interia, hobby etc

i think that ,in fact, i want to work to make my stable daily life.

my perfectly imaginable style is my perfect & civilized daily life..?

　5月26日の日曜日に、大阪の長堀橋で開催された「ほっとステップcafe」というイベント（？）に参加させていただきました。若い世代の方向けに、組織との関わり方などの学びを通して成長するための対話の場、ということで非営利で企画してくださっているイベントのようですね。イベントを企画してくださっているチームの方と偶然知り合うこととなり、それがきっかけで参加させていただきました。

　こういったイベントに参加するのは初めてで、正直着いてからもものすごく緊張してました・・若い方向けと伺っていたのですが、実際の会場には様々な年齢層の方がいらっしゃって学生は私一人だったということもあります。普段学生として生活している中だとどうしても同じような年齢だったり、似たような環境の中で生活している人との付き合いばかりになってしまうのでとても新鮮でした。むしろ、改めて自分がこれまで狭いコミュニティの中で生活していたのだなあと気づかされるような思いです。

　イベント自体も終始和やかなムードが流れていて、初めて参加した私にもチームの方やその他の参加者の方が声をかけてくださって、すごく安心した気持ちで過ごすことができました。今回は「良質なチームワークを体験する」ということがテーマになっていて、フラフープを使ったグループ作業や、それを通したディスカッションなどを体験しましたが、たった数十分前に知り合ったばかりの人達がこうも仲良くなれるのか・・と思うくらい盛り上がっていました＾＾＊楽しかったなあ　

　本当に四時間ずっと楽しかったのですが、ディスカッションでは非常に多くの気づきがありました。考えてみれば普段の生活でもチームを組んで活動することは多いのに、チームワークについてこうして真剣に考える機会はほとんどありませんよね。多くの方がチームを形成することに対して様々な思いを持っていらっしゃることを知ることができ、また私自身チーム活動が成功しないという悩みを抱えていたので多くのアドバイスをもらいました。これまではチーム活動は全く考え方の違う他人同士が協力し合うのだから、多少上手くいかないことがあっても当たり前・・くらいに考えていたのですが、チーム活動を成功させるためにも一人ひとりが意識しなくてはならないことがあるのだということ、ほんの少しの心がけで大きく変わることがあるということなど本当に沢山のことを学ばせていただきました◎

　決して大きい規模のイベントではありませんでしたが、沢山得るものがありました。チームの方や参加者の方が本当に良いチームワークのもと活動されているからだと思います。今回学生は私一人でしたが、これから就活を迎える学生さんたちには特に参加してほしい内容でした。また次回も参加させていただきます。お世話になりました＾＾＊

it takes low costs but we can have high quality lessons. Although i can speak English well, and my grammar and words are sometimes very wrong, i can concentrate on enjoying talking. i think, it motivates my learning English to enjoy conversations. i will registrate Sky Talk officialy.

It is also encounter and it opens my world more widely.
