In real life, things depend on each other, for examle lets assume whether you are smart or dumb. If you were born smart, the probibility that you will become a teacher at Stanford. This lesson was about things like this, things that occur because of other things.

Probability is the opposite of statistics. Probability is to predict data by using causes.
Flipping coins is a familiar example of probability. You keep track of the causes (in this case heads or tails) and based on that, guess what the next will be.

This lesson started out by teaching us was statistics is, in the first place.
By using examples like purchasing houses, it was easy to understand what statistics was all about.Since there were many quizzes, I was able to test myself whether or not I was understanding the logic.
