In the day, I went to join a dinner of co-woker because two co-woker in branch company come to Japan for training and intern.

So I do not know what to say. it is called Kangeikai in Japanese. What to say in English?

According to I searched at internet, it is welcome party in English.

Anyway, I went to join the welcome party after I arrived at Japan. Actually I was tired.

However I enjoyed. It has been a long time since I meet with my co-worker last time, maybe, for the first time in 2 month.

And also I enjoyed talking with the foreing co-worker who is from Brazil. Other one is from Taiwan.

Actually I could not talk with the co-worker who is from Taiwan, since I first talk to him in Japanese, but he can not speak Japanese as well.

So stopped our chatting. If I can speak chinese, we could communicate as well. I thought so.

And also I alwasy thought it is neccesarry to learn chinese in China.

I started learning Chinese in China. However I did not have plenty of text, so I was not able to learn Chinese as enough.

So today, I started learning Chinese. Pronunciation and basic sentence, etc..

In fact, it is very difficult to pronune Chinese.

There are 4 sound in Chinese. For example, same pronunciation of  "a" has 4 sound. those are different to pronunce up and down.

then chinese is built by those 4 sound.

I do not have a talent for music. So it is difficult for me.

However I have to try. I will go. 

It was March 11th. Almost 1 month has been passed.

In this 1 month, I was very fine. Work and private, but I have skipped working out the last two weeks.

In the last two weeks, I played with friend. So I did not have a time I do working out.

I have to restart working out, otherwise my musle will be small...

Anyway, So far So good, my life in china business trip.

There are two weeks remaining until I go back Japan.

In this business trip, I got something that need for me, missing for me, etc..

I have to get these things, then I will come back to China to feedback these one.

Then I will make some friend, 100 friend :D

In this two weeks, I work base on Shanghai, but I actually work around Suzhou, Wuxi, Jaingyin in weekday.

I spend in Shanghai just week end.

I got to be used to spend in China gradually, but I miss my son.

When I go back to Japan, I will hug him. I will kiss to him a lot, but I think probably he will not like it.

I do not have any problem, except I can not meet my son.

Chinese food taste good. Hotel is confortable. Co-worker is very kindness and gentleness. I can work out at Hotel.

My live in China is very confortable.

However, I sometimes feel that the live in China is boring.

In China, I have no interesting things, expect for working out.

When I came to China few years ago, I was around 27, I often went to drinking with my co-worker, but It needs too high cost.

In this time, I want to save money. So I do not often go to drinking. maybe. I think that is ok if it is not often.

My live is so far, so good.

But I have just one problem.

I can not get a pretain powder.

I went to look for that today and yesterday.

Baically there are not any protein powder at shop.

Even if there are any pretain powder, it is expensive, around 7,000JP at 500g.

In Japan, protein power is basically around 3,000 - 4,000JP at 1kg.

It is around fivefold. That is too expensive.

For that, I did not buy it. 

If possible, I want to take a protein shake three times a day, but I have just 1kg protein powder.

So I have to save the powder. I can take protein shake just once a day.

I want to look for a route I can get a protein powder stable and cheap, but It is difficult.

I will ask it to my co-worker tomorrow.

I arrived  at Shanghai, China Last Monday, I first went to Shanghai office.

Then I discuss with my co-worker about this business trip's schedule.

After that, I went to take a dinner with some co-worker.

First restruant is japanese izakaya, then we moved to Bar, 3rd place is ...

Next day, Day2, I was little bit hand over, but I had to move to other city.

I went to other by co-worker's car, but I was sleep almost time..

After that, I went to customer site.

Day 3, I moved to other city again.

I arrieve the city Wedesday, I will stay at this city until Friday, then I will go back shanghai Friday afternoon.

Something that I thought in this 4 days is the I do not use English than I thought.

I basically work with my co-worker. He can speak Japanese. Of cource his Japanese is not perfect, so I sometimes use English to complement his Japanese, but I basically do not need to use English. 

Something that is necessary in China is Chinese.

If I am alone, I can not enter to customer site. I can not order and pay lunch. Especially, in local area.

Talking Chinese is important to live in China.

I will keep practicing English and also I will try to learn Chinese.

This time is a little bit long trip, almost 2month.

I have a lot of anxiety, but I also have tons of fun.

In this business trip, I have to get something to enhance my skill and knownladge.

Then, To be called from China team is one of the target in this trip.

This is challenge for me.

I have to do everything I can.

Go, GO!

Today, I worked out chest and legs, around 1 hour half.

I was really tired today, but I was satisfied.

After all, working out is really fun.

I am going to go China from next Monday.

I am not sure if there are any gym that I can go regularly.

And I think probably I will go around Shanghai. I will not have home town. So I will not stay at one place.

I might be not able to work out in China.. I am worried that my muscle will be poor.

These 2 month, my muscle became strong, a little bit., but my muscle might be back by go to China.

I do not like it.

I will keep going for sure. I will be muscular. 

I always think that my vocabulary is not enough.

I want to talk a lot of things, but I can not tell all that.

And also, I make a mistake about grammer in free talk.

I need more lesson. I need to keep trying a free talk.

also, I thought I need to write some sentence in English.

For that, my grammer will be enhanced.

Diary is important to enhance my skill.

Going forward, I will focus on vocabulary and grammer.

The average temprature in February is almost 8 degree in Shanghai.

It is around 10 degree in March. It is around 15 degree.

So temprature is very bumpty.

It is difficult to chose cloth I bring.

If I focus on  February, I will be burnig hot at April. If I focus on April, I will be freazing cold at February.

There is not answer in this issue.

Anyway, I will buy new cloth fo spring season.

It might be little bit cold as February. It might be little bit hot as April.

Howevery, It will be better to spend in Shanhai.

I want a fake-sweed MA-1 jacket.

Today, I went to look for it to Yokohama, but I was not able to find it.

I wonder if it is still cold. I think MA-1 is for spring season.

Let's go other shop next week.

I will find it surely.

When I started, I was almost 50kg.

My weight is very bumpty. In morning, alsmot less than 50kg, but, in night, almost 52kg.

It is changed almost 2kg a day.

However, after started working out, my weight became stable. It is almost 51kg, in stable.

I think this is the proof that my muscle is getting growth.

I want to keep going.

However, I am worried about one thing.

I gonna go Chine for business trip from end of February until end of April, almost 2 month.

In the meanwhile, I am not sure if I can do working out and take a protain shake.

My muscle might be lost..

Since I got some muscle, I do not want to lose.

If I stay at one place, I can get some solution.

For example, a holet I stay at first has gym. So I will be able to work out, but apparantly, I will fly around Chine base on Shanghai.

Since I do not have home city, I have to look for gym or something everywher else one goes.

And also, I expect I will be so busy in China.

So it is difficult to keep working out.

But I will keep going as much as possible.

I will be strong. I will be Macyo.

Then I went to take it to passport center today.

In generally, New passport is issued aomost 7days to 10days, but I did not take it until today because I need lot of cost to take it.

However, I can get back the cost from my company if I finished my probation.

My probation was finished at end of January. So I went to take new passport.

Bt the way, the cost for new passport is \16,000-. almost 160us dollar. It is expensive.

Anyway, I got new passport. I will use it end of this month, for business trip, to China.

Since I paid \16,000-, I lost almost money... 

There may be some days unitl I got expence.

I need to save manoney until next payday.
