<title>breathing for present-people</title>

<![CDATA[ <p>everyone knows that breathing is the most important act for people.</p><br><p>but few peple knows that it provides us good influlences.</p><br><p>i knew about this yesterday when my friend L told me about the goodness of breathing to remove stiff of shoulders and stress.</p><br><p>at once i reseached it.</p><br><p>because i have had a same sympton of my shoulders and wanted to remove this all the time.</p><br><p>when i reserched about breathing, i knew there are many kinds of breathing which give us good  influence.</p><br><p>one of them is abdominal breathing which people often listen.</p><br><p>it is said that is also provides us a good concentration.</p><br><p>i think i have lacked good concentration for a long time.</p><br><p>so if i try to breathe in this way my concenration will be much better.</p><br><p>let's keep try to do abdominal breathing!</p><br><p>K. </p><br>
