先週の日曜礼拝に、カザフスタンからアメリカへの宗教亡命を乞う家族が参加していました。

夫が韓国籍、カザフスタン人の妻と３人の幼い子供達。

彼らは宗教亡命者として、アメリカのイミグレーションに申請する為、私達のサインを求めておりました。

カザフスタンの宗教迫害は、２００８年当時随分と問題になったのでしたね。

アメリカでは宗教亡命者受入国の一つとして、カザフスタンは登録されていることを知りました。

かの国はイスラムのスニン派とロシア オーソドックス以外の宗教団体は、厳しい監視と弾圧下にあるとか。

ロシアでも、ロシア　オーソドックス以外は、厳しい監視の目が注がれていますよね。

共産ロシアの支配下にあった国は、よく似た体制下にいまだ置かれている国が幾つかあります。

亡命と言う言葉は、悲しいニュアンスの言葉です。
