I have worked as a scientist since April 2021.

The duration of training is around 5 months.

It is so long and boring time for me because our boss enforces us to do a lot of chores such as sealing to tubes.

I don't want to do that.  This is a just worker. Just... Not a scientist.

I got some new insight through this article.

The first is that FBP1 was reported to be poorly expressed in lung cancer tissues and cells.

The second is that restoration of FBP1 reduced growth, invasion and glycolysis in lung cancer cells. 

The third is that FBP1 is also downregulated in gastric carcinomas and gastric cancer cells.

The fourth is that loss of FBP1-mediated metabolic reprogramming resulted in an increased cancer stem cell-like property and tumorigenicity by enhancing the interaction of b-catenin with T-cell factor in breast cancer.

The fifth is that FBP1 restrained cell proliferation and glycolysis by inhibiting nuclear HIF-1a function via direct interaction with the HIF inhibitory domain.

I drink them almost every day because they make us powerful, but they are a little bit expensive.

In addition, they include caffeine which is a little bit dangerous.

In Japan, they include less caffeine rather than American ones.

American ones are very strong so very dangerous. Therefore, we must take care of the volumes of caffeine.

I have a girlfriend. She is 23 years old as same me. 

I met her when we were in junior high school, we were 14 years old.

So that means, we are together for about 10 years.

Generally, couples get married after they are together for a few years so I think we are a rare couple.

This was the first time to go to overseas so I got very nervous.

HBO1 and AIB1 are known as a histone acetyltransferase.

HBO1 inhibits the transcriptional activity of NF-kB.

I love studying language.

The reason is that studying enhances the quality of life so I think all of the people should study anything such as English, Medical and so on.
