shares from its founder and owner Antonio Inoki.
Mr. Inoki himself was a charismatic wrestler and still has strong popularity
among people in several generations.
Japanese professional wrestling business, once the most popular
entertaiment, has been facing serious crises as other types of entertaiment
such as soccer, video games and internet began to gain more popularity.
Also, today's Japanese consumers prefer more serious style of martial arts

As I was also a system engineer, I can understand how bad the engineer who made the mistake feels.

All trades at the Tokyo Stock Exchange cannot be made due to a system
failure. The Fukuoka Stock Exchange and the Sapporo Stock Exchange are also
closed as these markets are using the same system as the TSE. There is some
delay at the Osaka Stock Exchange as orders from traders flooded into the
market.

On August 29, there was also a system failure at the JASDAQ market and the
market was closed during the morning.

Share prices in the Japanese market just started rising again backed by the
recovery of the U.S. market. It is very disappointing and embarassing to see
this mess caused by 'simple' system failures.
