外に買いに行ったり、自分でいれるちょっとした時間がブレイクなのです。

外に出たり、自分でコーヒーを入れている間に、煮詰まった頭がちょっと

スッキリして情報が整理されたり、新しいアイデアが浮かんできたりするものです。

誰かが席に持ってきてくれたら楽ですけど、実は頭はリラックスしてませんよね。
