<title>温活って広がらないよね</title>

background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">ではなぜ36.5度以上を維持するのでしょうか？</span></p><p class="" style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;"><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">それは人の生命活動において大切な免疫細胞・新陳代謝・酵素などは体内温度が37度前後の時に最も活発に活動するからです。</span></p><p class="" style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;"><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">例えば36.5度から0.5度下がると免疫機能は30％落ちます。35度台になると癌細胞が免疫細胞よりも活性化するためガン化しやすくなります。</span></p><p class="" style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;"><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">どんな生き物でも毎日癌細胞を作っていますが、正常に免疫機能が働いているのでガンにならずに生きていけるのです。</span></p><p class="" style="margin-top: 10px; <title>寒邪の季節到来です</title>
