　第９６回全国高校野球選手権大会の西東京大会は二十六日、準決勝２試合を神宮球場で行い、日大鶴ケ丘（杉並区）と東海大菅生（あきる野市）が二十八日の決勝に進んだ。日大鶴ケ丘の決勝進出は四年ぶり、東海大菅生は十一年ぶり。４連覇を狙う日大三（町田市）は、ベスト４で姿を消した。

　日大鶴ケ丘は２点を追う三回、樋田翔平選手の２点本塁打で同点。六回に安打や四球、敵失を絡め、３点追加で勝ち越した。８－３の八回、山岸哲也選手の適時二塁打で１点を追加。さらに３人連続四球の押し出しでコールド勝ちした。国学院久我山（杉並区）は初回に２点先制したが、中盤以降、守備の乱れで勢いを失った。

　東海大菅生は４点を追う七回、先頭打者勝俣翔貴選手の本塁打をきっかけに打線が爆発。敵失も誘い、一挙６得点で逆転した。九回にも５安打などで５点を挙げ、突き放した。日大三は六回、伊藤裕季也選手からの五連続安打もあり、４点をリードしたが、相手に大きく傾いた流れを奪い返すことはできなかった。 ]]> https://ameblo.jp/triboreviv/entry-11901047842.html Mon, 28 Jul 2014 11:00:57 +0900 公立学校の底力----社会の期待に学校は応えられるのか 　『杉並区立「和田中」の学校改革』は、民間人校長藤原和博氏による学校改革が主題である。よのなか科、ドテラ（土曜寺子屋）、夜スペ（学習塾との提携）、地域本部（地域人材の活用）——それらがなぜ可能で、なにをもたらしたのかを、丹念な観察と学力・アンケート調査が追いかけていく。型破りな改革ばかりが注目されがちだが、教師を信頼した「ふつうの公立学校」としての地道な教育活動の尊重が改革の根底にあった。アンケートから、「学校生活が楽しい」と答えた者が不利な家庭環境に置かれた生徒たちで増えたことがわかる。その意義は大きい。藤原校長は「しんどい生徒たち」の居場所づくりにも自覚的だった事実が浮かび上がる。ただ藤原改革がふつうの学校でも可能だと断言することはできない。地域本部を担う住民や学生ボランティアなどの人材がそろわない地域は多い。ネットワークの力によって学校外部の人材を教育に動員するところに藤原流改革の核があったとすれば、「はたしていまの学校には自らの力で自らを変えていくだけの力と余裕があるのか」という深刻な問いが浮上する。
　その問いへの一つの回答が『公立学校の底力』である。この本は、西日本を中心とする１２の公立小中高校の訪問観察の記録であり、「がんばっている学校」「効果のある学校」が描かれている。効果のある学校とは「しんどい層の基礎学力の下支えに成功している学校」である。教師が育つ学校、子どもを鍛える学校、多文化共生の学校づくりなど学校ごとに特徴的な実践が分析される。最後に、効果のある学校を特徴付ける要因が八つにまとめられ、「スクールバスｔｏｇｅｔｈｅｒ号」モデルとしてわかりやすく図示される。
　学校ベースの教育改革が成功し得ることは論を待たない。だがたとえ卓越した校長のリーダーシップが功を奏し、また効果のある学校が実在しても、だからといって新自由主義的政策に委ねて学校の奮闘努力に期待すればよいということにはならない。ミクロな観察を、広角レンズによって撮影された、より「大きな絵」の中に位置づけておかねばならない。この点に関する教育研究者たちの結論はずっと変わらない。効果のある学校は社会の償いをすることができるのか——その答えは「イエス、ある程度までは」にとどまる。この意味で、学校を支援する教育政策と、社会経済政策の責務は圧倒的に大きい。

　子どもたちに口々にねだられても、藤兵衛どんにはどうすることもできません。
「みんな、よく聞いてくれ」
　藤兵衛どんは、子どもたちをあつめて、悲しそうな顔でこんなことをいいました。
「いままで苦労して、いっしょうけんめい働いてきたが、くらしはいっこうにらくにならん。この冬がこせるかどうかもわからん。そこで、おっかあとも相談したんじゃが、この土地をすててどこかよそにいってくらすことに決めたんじゃ」

やってしまったことや、起(お)こったことは、もう元(もと)には戻(もど)らない。頭(あたま)ではそれがわかっていても、いざ、失態(しったい)をやらかすと、どうしてもくよくよ考(かんが)えてしまう癖(くせ)が私(わたし)たちにはある。

しかし、起(お)こったことをくよくよしても始(はじ)まらない。とにかく、受(う)け入(い)れないうちは次(つぎ)に進(すす)めない。

悩(なや)むことにもエネルギーがいることを知(し)っていてもらいたい。どうせエネルギーを費(つい)やすなら、できるだけ生産的(せいさんてき)なことに使(つか)いたい。実(じつ)は、そのちょっとしたエネルギーの使(つか)い方(かた)の違(ちが)いが、人生(じんせい)を大(おお)きく変(か)えてしまうのだ。

起(お)こったことを本当(ほんとう)に受(う)け入(い)れれば、次(つぎ)にどんな行動(こうどう)をおこせばいいかが見(み)えてくる。

起(お)こったことをついくよくよ考(かんが)えてしまうのは、自分(じぶん)のイメ(いめ)ージ(じ)に傷(きず)がつくからほかならない。｢私(わたし)は品行方正(ひんこうほうせい)で完璧(かんぺき)な人間(にんげん)だ｣などというイメージにとらわれていると、それこそ身動(みうご)きが取(と)れなくなる。

だから、自分(じぶん)に対(たい)してできるだけ柔軟(じゅうなん)なイメージを持(も)つよう心(こころ)がけた方(ほう)がいい。

｢まじめだけど、時々(ときどき)、へまをやり、だらしないところもある｣といったイメージを持(も)っていれば、少々(しょうしょう)の失態(しったい)をしても自分(じぶん)を大目(おおめ)に見(み)られるようになる。

　詩人の紡ぐ旅の記録に、激しく嫉妬（しっと）するのは、そういうときだ。社会科学者が紛争の実態について、幾万もの言葉を尽くしても伝えきれないというのに。
  作者が旅の過程で描くイスラエルと旧ユーゴスラビアに共通するのは、「隔てる」ということだ。分離壁で占領地のパレスチナ人を隔離するイスラエル。彼らは パレスチナの土地は欲しいけれども、住民はいらない。旧ユーゴでは、戦争がアイデンティティーを細分化し、相手を差別することで、自分たちの優位性にしが みつく。命を賭けた戦いは、自分たちと他者との境界を、宗教、民族や顔つきで明確にすることでしかなかった。
　隔てられた者の痛みを見ないことに よって、普通の日常生活を保とうとするのも、イスラエルと旧ユーゴで共通している。パレスチナ人に対してイスラエルの軍隊がどのような仕打ちをしているの か。自国の同胞が玩具的に弱者を虐（いじ）めている現実を目撃しながら、自分たちだけに約束された平穏な日常を営む緊張感と不条理に耐えられず、イスラエ ル人はこうしたことすべてを、見なかったことにする。見られない、という形で存在否定されたパレスチナ人は、その日常から彼らを追い出す壁にしがみつい て、壁を叩（たた）きながら自分たちの存在を叫ぶ。
　戦闘が繰り返されるなか、１０年間以上も聖母マリアの出現を見続けたヘルツェゴビナのメジュ ゴリエの人々は、第２次大戦中に虐殺された大量の遺体の丘の傍らに住む。殺戮（さつりく）について考えるかわりに、自分たちの住む土地の神聖さにすがり、 孤立と虐殺の記憶を忘れるのだ。セルビア人は皆、ユーゴ時代の共存を思い出して、ノスタルジアに浸っている。
