久しぶりに投稿します。

ようやく自分のやりたいことができそうです。

自分の進路を考えるにあたり、結局は自分がどーいう分野をやるのが好きかに集中しました。

理由は、好きなことなら主体的に勉強もするし（今もやっています）、やってて楽しいと思ったからです。

いたって単純ですが、ことわざでも「好きこそものの上手なれ」とあるように好きっていうのは
単純ですが非常に大事だなという結論に至りました。

これからは自分で勉強していることが仕事でできそうなので

テンションが上がります！

It is important to follow my intuition and I am going to trust that I know what's best for me more than anyone else.
I am so excited that I would be able to do what i wanted to do.

now I can visualize my future where I want to be . I have a passion and energy.

広島はサイドをワイドにして中央にスペースを作り、そこに斜めのクロスを高低両方を入れて佐藤寿人がフィニッシュする形。
浦和はこおろぎに当てててそのくさびを2列目がフィニッシュする形。

結局は広島はワイドにした結果中盤のボールの保持が上手くいかず、また槙野や安倍・鈴木の寄せもあり上手く前線に運ぶことができなかったように思えます。

浦和は２シャドーも前にトップに近づくので最前線が詰まっている印象がありましたが、柏木らの斜めから入る縦パスが上手く入り、それをこおろぎがちゃんとキープ及び１タッチで落とせることで、ディフェンスラインを下げることができたと思います。

1点目はカウンター気味から原口のドリブルに柏木が合わせてズドン。２点目は勘違いやキーパーのミスもあったのでしょうがないかなと。

広島は美しいFKがありましたが、いい形で佐藤寿人に合わせることができず、そのまま敗戦となりました。高萩がいたらまた違った形になったかもしれません。

ワイドに攻めるにも中盤でボールを上手く運ぶことが大事な試合になったと思います。

基本のトラップとインサイドパスを小さいころから狭いスペースで正確にできることが重要ですね。

we meet at the station and went to the suparmarket to get the ingredients for Toppogi that is Kotyujan.
but we could not buy the one he wanted, so we bought the another Kotyujan that is made in Japan.

there seemed to be the a little bit taste  difference  between Korea and Japan.
in addition, we get some food and alcohol(this time Umeshu)!!

Toppogi it tasted like chewy and terrific!!

he told me that the Kimuchi tasted better and better in Japan now.
Kimuchi that was sold in 2006 was not good.

we talked about baseball , soccer , golf and so on .
really really enjoyable time!

Please come to see me again !!

昨日は韓国人のお友達（イケメンです）が家に遊びに来てくれてトッポギを作ってくれました～！

駅で待ち合わせした後、必要な材料を買うためにスーパーへ。
トッポギを作るためにコチュジャンが必要なので探しに行きました。
ですが、意図したものが見つからなくて
日本で作られた市販のものを買って帰りました。

韓国のものと日本のものとでは味が微妙に違うみたいです。

その他、お酒（今回は梅酒をメインに）、つまみを買って、家に帰りました。

トッポギはモチモチとした食感でとってもおいしかったです。

その友達が言うには、日本で売られているキムチは2006年頃に比べて非常においしくなったみたいです。

野球やサッカー、ゴルフの話をしてとっても楽しい時間を過ごしました。

また是非遊びに来てくださいね～！！

その中でカード会社の話になり、そのビジネスが面白かったのでブログに書こうと思います。

カード会社は大きく分けて二つのビジネスモデルがあるらしいです。

1つはカードを発行して使ってもらう事業。

もう一つはそのブランドの使用権を貸してロイヤリティをもらう事業。

VISAやMCは後者でブランドを使用権でそのロイヤリティを獲得するビジネスみたいです。

カード発行するのは例えば銀行とかみたいです。自分でピンときたのが三井住友VISAカードですね。

自分はてっきりVISAやMCがカードを発行しているものだと思っていましたが
確かにオリコとかもオリコカードがあります。おそらくMCやJCBにロイヤルティを支払っているのでしょう。

MCのHPを見るとカード発行事業はありませんでした。フランチャイザーとプロセッサー（代金回収等のバックオフィス業務）やSettlement等のアドバイザリー業務でした。

カードビジネスはそのカードをレジ等で切るといろいろな所にお金が動くみたいです。

one of them talked about the credit card business. that was really interesting to me.
so I will write the contents about that.

There are two business units　in credit card business.
One is issuing the credit card , the other is the branding business that is to earn royalties from the use of the brand.
I guess that the companys of the latter are VISA and Master card.

The company that issue a credit card is for example financial institution.
I come up with  Mitsui Sumitomo Visa card!!

In looking through the HP and annual report of the Master card, there is not issuing the card operation.
there are franchise division, processing division that deal with  collection of receivables , and advisory business of settlement.

the system of credit card business is very complex.
When you pay by card , many company move for that.

上記は2012年4月1日より前で会社更生法・民事再生法の手続の開始決定の手続き等の事実があった場合にはこれらの計画のOKが出た日から
7年を経過する事業年度までは適用されません。

その中で、唯一かえがきかない選手がいます。

僕は遠藤選手だと思ってます。

海外には行っていませんが、基礎技術が非常にしっかりとしており日本代表の攻撃のコンダクターとなっていると思います。
そんな遠藤選手ですが、最初から今のようなプレイヤーだったはわけではありませんでした。
ボランチであっても中田選手や小野選手などの華のある選手の影に隠れて、つぶしもそれほど得意でない中盤のただのつなぎ役
ような印象でした。（器用であったので、2列目で出ていたこともあったと思います）。

ただ、オシム当たりからボランチでちゃんと試合にでるようになり、それからは今にいたります。
遠藤選手がどんなことを考えて練習をしていたか、非常に興味があります。
止める、蹴る、状況判断等の基礎技術をどうやって身につけて行ったのか。

そこから学べることは非常に多いと思います。

When I recently watched the soccer match of Japanese national team,I thought it grow much stronger than before.
many players went abroad and can get the first team. moreover some become the starting line-up in the mega soccer club in Europe.

In that national team I think that most important player that can not be substituted is Endo.
He played in J league.
Although he have never played in the foreign league as far as I know ,his basic skill such as stopping the ball , inside kick and ability to handle the game is really great .  It is not exaggerated that he lead team in the game.

but he was not such a great player from the beginning . His position, the central midfilder, there were many good player 
like Nakata , Ono , Inamoto then and Endo can not play in  the first team , he was often  substitute . 
I have the image that he can play the central position a certain amount of level but he does not have the strong point.
 he sometimes  played the offensive midfilder.

He started to become the starting line-up the position was the best for him  since Osim become the coach. 

I am interested in how he practice and train the skill 
I think I can get the important information from that.

to mix in the source and spaghetti properly 
And low heat, low heat when you fly up the garlic.

I was able to cook the alio-orio?(peperonchino? I do not know the spelling ) since pouring much olive oil in the skillet pan.
my family, relative and friends said  delicious when they ate it.
If you can not cook the spaghetti very well , I really recommend it .

僕の最も好きな料理の中の一つにスパゲティがあります。特にオイル係が大好きです。
作るにあたって、大切なことはたっぷりのオリーブオイルの中でにんにくをしっかりと色がつくまで炒めることですね。
あと、炒める時は弱火です。中火もだめです。弱火にしてください。

オリーブオイルをたっぷりと入れてからは上手に作れるようになりました。
食べた人も、うまい！と言ってくれています。

失敗している人は、一度試してみると良いかもしれません。

Girls(they might be university students) seated next to me did  homework of English class.
the contents of that was to make a presentation about something in English.

Most of the discussion they do was that what was the accurate sentence ,word or grammer?
That made me think of one point.

In making the presentation, the important thing I think is the contents, in other words , what you want to share
and the second , how you deliver the body to the audience properly,introduction, development turn and conclusion.

I think that if there is the contents properly , it is OK to make mistakes in speaking english one or more.
I often made many mistakes in talking English.
indeed the english sentence and words the girls used was no problem.

none the less, focusing on the accurate English was not efficient.

I think that that was the bad point of English education in Japanese school.
It can not be helped because teachers made a decision about good or bad for the points the students get in the test.

今日はスタバで勉強をしていたのですが、
僕の隣で大学生と思われる女の子2人がなにやら英語のプレゼンの課題について準備をしていました。

隣にいたので、話の内容が耳に入ってくると、
もっぱら、この文章はどのように言えば正しい英語なのかな？とかについての話しかしていないようでした。

プレゼンをするのに一番大事なことは、何を誰にどのような形で伝えるかが重要だと思います。
正直、正しい英語というのはそこまで気にしなくてもよいのではと思いました。
僕も英語話すときにしょっちょう間違えてますし笑
事実彼女達の英語については聞いてる限り問題ありませんでした。関係代名詞とか助動詞とかちゃんとできていました。

でも正しい英語に執着してしまうのは、日本の学校の英語教育の弊害なのかなと思います。
たくさんの生徒を評価するのに、文法とか正しい英語を分かっているかをテストした方が評価しやすいのでしょうがないとは思いますが。
