とっても景色の綺麗なところ!!

でも田植えは大変でした💦

腰から太ももにかけて筋肉痛が結構な期間治らなかったですwww

水もとっても綺麗で美味しい😋

すっごく疲れたけどいい経験でした💕

I went to Nagano to helping the farmers who makes rice🍚

It was so hard for me to plant rice😱

However there's landscape is really beautiful✨

The water is clear and tasty😋

I am so happy to go to the place and to meet the member in there😍

断食道場(?)へ1ヶ月ちょっと行ってきました。

お粥とかね (rice porridge)

半断食とかね(量が半分)(half of the amount that we eat usually)


これは最終日のご飯で普通食(￣▽￣)

This is the last lunch in there(￣▽￣)

ちなみに断食期間は10日間でそのあいだは酵素ジュース(原液)を炭酸水で割って飲んでました!!

ここでの1ヶ月ちょっとは毎日銭湯に入れるという至福の時でした♨︎😌

酵素ジュースを作るための菜の花刈りやバドミントン大会などもあって楽しかったです

I went to Saitama to go to the place to fast

I stayed there while about a month

We could go to hot spring everyday♨︎😌

Also, I tried to cut a lot of rape blossomes🌼

It was very hard

However, I could learn about how to make Enzyme juice 🍹

And there was soooooo beautiful place

I love the scenery
