I had a homework about "science" in English conversation class.
It is the method in which we talk about the topic which was decided. This time's topic was science. I can't ready for it much because I have to study the graduating examination.
I read the yahoo USA news about science and chose an article about the *polar bear.
A number of polar bear will decrease tow-thrd of the current in 2050 due to diminishing the sea ice in *the North Pole which is said to be caused by *global warming. You know we have used fossil fuel which product greenhouse gas like as carbon dioxide.

　今週の英会話のお題は"科学"についてだった。
あんまり準備できなかったので、残念だったですが。私は、Yahoo USAのニュースを読んで、その中からシロクマについての記事を選びました。
　2050年には、北極の氷が溶けてしまう事によって、シロクマの数が今の三分の二になってしまうという内容でした。私達が化石燃料を使うと二酸化炭素などの温室効果ガスがでてしまうのです。

I experiencede an unbelivable thing this moring!!!!!!!!!!

Today I had an apointment at a.m. 8:30. But I got up late so I quicked brush my teeth at triplet

Then the terrifing thing happend! I missed my teeth and the toothbrush slipped on my gums with a slightest pain......

"Could it be that.....!? Oh, no!"I thought that blood would ooz from it. But......

When I flipped my upper lip and saw it, the tissue which connected it to my gums spilt off!!!! Oh,como on! And I was horrified by the terrifying spectacle......It's anbelivable!

Fortunately blood did not ooz from it and I did not get a pain any more.

I am afraid that my sweet upper lip will come loose and I may become ugly. At the moment it is OK....

今朝、信じられないことを経験した。

今日は、8時30から約束があった。しかし、遅く起きたため急いで歯を磨いていた。その時です、ぞっとするようなことが起こったのは!!!私は手元がくるい、歯ブラシが歯茎の上を滑りました、ほんの少しの痛みと共に。

まさか！！頼むよ！私は歯茎から血がでただろうと思いました。でも。。。

私が上唇を持ち上げてみてみると、上唇と歯茎とをつなぐ組織が裂けていました！！！ああまじで！そして私はそのおぞましい光景を見て震え上がりました。

でも幸運なことに血はでていませんし痛みもありません。

私のかわいい上唇が緩んでしまわないか、醜くならないか心配です。今のところ大丈夫ですが。

We I and my girl friend went to a soup curry cafe near to the Hokkaidou shrine.

But the base of the soup was tomatoes. We do not like the taste of tomatoes! We hate particularly like as the spaghetti with meat sauce. She was told that the cafe tasted good by her sister who was told that by others.

On our way to home she whispered "We might not go there any more"at last....

昨日は彼女と北海道神宮近くのスープカレー屋に行った。

でもそこのスープのベースはトマトだった。私たちはあまりトマト味が好きじゃない！特にスパッゲッティミートソースは嫌いなんです。彼女がお姉さんからおいしいらしいよと聞いたらしい。

帰り道彼女がしまいにはこうつぶやいてました”たぶんもうあそこに行くことないね。。。”。

I started studying a textbook for the graduating examination today. When I tried studying it, I felt anxiety for huge quantities of it. I wondered I will be able to finish it until the day of the exam. It seems to be impossible to me.
But if time permits, I would like to study English. It is very interesting for me to study it now.

　今日は卒業試験にむけて勉強を始めた。やってみると、その膨大な量に不安を感じた。試験の日までにこれを終わらせることができるだろうか？それは不可能なように思えた。
　でも時間が許せば、英語の勉強をしたい。今、英語がとても面白くなっている。

Today was the day when I got a interview for employment.
In conclusion it was successful!!!!!
I was very glad to get this result because I have been studied English for this day. I am *feeling a sense of accomplishment now. But I will not go this company I am going to go a hospital at a rural area in Hokkaido prefecture.
Anyway, today is a good day to me. Thank everybody and every thing for helping me. I was happy enough to call up many people about the result.

　今日は就職試験の日だった。結論から言うと成功だった！！！
　この日の為に三ヶ月前から英会話に通い始めたので今日の結果はとてもうれしかった。今は達成感を感じている所です。やった！！でも、たぶんこの病院にはいかず、北海道の田舎のある病院に行きます。　
　いやーそれにしても今日はいい日だった。すべてのことに感謝したい気分です。試験後、うれしすぎて実家や彼女や友人に電話をかけまくりました。

Today I got up late at 12:00 because we saw a movie "hannival rising" until 5:00 last night. I have seen only a "hituji tachino chinmoku" of these series. I hardly saw movies. So I am always blamed for have not seeing movies by my girl friend who saw a lots.

yesterday i learned pediatrics about congenital heart disease, hematology, respiratory infection, central nerve infection.

今日は、夜中5時までハンニバル・ライジングを見たので、遅く12時に起きた。羊達の沈黙はことがあるのでだけど。私はほとんど映画見ないので、いつも彼女に見てこなかった事を責められる。彼女は、すごいみてるんだよね。
小児科で先天性心疾患、血液、呼吸器感染症、中枢神感染症を勉強した。

先天性心疾患で左軸変位をみたら、チアノーゼ（+）なら三尖弁閉鎖もしくは肺動脈閉鎖、チアノーゼ（-）なら心内膜症欠損症。
Ebstein奇形はTR、ASDで右室狭小化
小児急性リンパ性白血病の予後不良因子は、L2、L3。～1歳、10歳～。Ph（+）。WBC2万以上など。
急性細気管支炎　は生後6ヶ月の乳児に多く起炎菌はRSウイルスが60％。
髄膜炎の髄液所見は細菌性だけ多核球が優位で、その他、ウイルス性、真菌、結核、癌はリンパ球優位。糖が減少しないのはウイルス性だけ。
起炎菌は、新生児（1ヶ月）；GBS、大腸菌、リステイリア、黄色ブドウ球菌
一ヶ月から～6才：インフルエンザ桿菌、肺炎球菌
6歳から成人：
老人：肺炎球菌、髄膜炎菌、リステリア

小児に使ってはいけない抗生物質
クロラムフェニコール：gray syndrome, 再生不良性貧血
テトラサイクリン：黄歯症
インフルエンザなど+アスピリン：Reye syndrome.脳と肝臓がやられる。肝生検で特異な脂肪肝組織像。

on 11th August,
I send three application forms. But I have not decided how I rank them yet. I am really worry about that. Last week I went to the two firm of them to see how they were. Both of them were good atmosphere and good environment.

An older told me "Don't be so serious. whenever you decide, it is the same thing. It will depends on you how you will become." It might be right.....
Now I think that the rural life will fit me better.

三通の応募用紙を送った。けど希望順位はまだ決まっていない。先週は、そのうちの二つに見学にいった。どちらも良い雰囲気だった。

ある先輩が僕に「そんな真剣に悩まなくてもいいといった。どこに行っても同じ。どうなるかは自分次第だ。」と言った。そうかもしれない。
やはり僕には田舎暮らしの方が合っているのかもしれない。

Now I am waiting for my friend at my university. He and I have had a morning-study group together since 2.5 weeks ago. But as he is not really a morning person I have to wait him sometimes………these days it may be frequency. I am actually *puzzled that he overslept three *successive days. What should I do? Although I am not *punctual, too. It is more often than I expected.

Oh! Now he mails to me....It is 1.5 hour late to start.

今、大学で友達を待っています。彼とは朝の勉強会をやっているのですが、非常に朝に弱い男なのです。これで連続3回目！さすがにこれは非常にこまってしまいます。
